They had work for me for 15 years. Remodel kitchen and it is so pretty. He is amazing. He totally redid both of my houses. Highly recommend him.

It went wonderful. They did a great job! They did what they said they would do and finished in a timely manner. They worked consistently and efficiently. They were very responsive to what I wanted and everything was extremely well done. They were really friendly as well! I have already hired them again for some other projects and I would highly recommend him to others.

Narciso Rosales is an amazing contractor. This was a large project in a 1905 house. His years of experience allowed him to bring in various professionals as needed. They were extremely professional. Work was done on time and inspection went smoothly. Narciso listened to me and thanks to him I have my dream kitchen. I cannot recommend him highly enough. This is our 7th project together. I won't use anyone else!

They did some small wiring work during remodel that caused me issues. I had to hire someone else to fix. They caused a gas leak during remodel. I had to pay a licensed plumber to fix. I will never use again. They never responded to call backs either. Avoid.

Rosales & Co. provided a great service and presented high professionalism. They can do anything from Bathroom & Kitchen remodel to exterior paint. We will use again and would recommend them to anyone. <br />

They were very patient with me because I didn't have all the materials. He was a good team worker with a good personality. The guy who worked with the main technician did an excellent job as well.

<p>It went as smooth as possible with a Master Craftsman who had challenges due to our home being built in the 1930's.  Narciso and Eddie worked tirelessly for four days to complete all this work.  This man is a Michelangelo of home repair / remodeling. </p> <p>FRONT STONE STAIRS:  He started with a stone or concrete stairs in the front of the home that was sinking.  We thought he would have to replace them, but after they pulled the stairs out they found an unknown animal had started to created tunnels under our stairs.  They were very heavy concrete steps, so they started to sink.  It began to make us wonder if we were sitting on a potential sinkhole.  They dug out the tunnel under the stairs filing it with dirt,  a thick concrete base, replaced the stairs, and painted them to match the porch decking.  The we asked him to create a railing capable of supporting family members and friends who tip the scales over 300 lbs.  The railings are so strong that it is very easy to go up and down the stairs. This is very important for those who have family of advancing age.  That was an amazing creation that came right out of Narciso's ability to think outside the box.   This job was not only difficult, but the job done was so amazingly it is hard to communicate how inventive he was to deal with this old house.  </p> <p>PRIVACY WALL: We decided to see if he could enclose part of our front porch because our neighbor had built a deck to barbeque on their front deck which looked into our front door into the living room.  Not only did he match the very old siding, but painted it and used better lattice to match the house and porch.  </p> <p>KITCHEN: Our kitchen ceiling has had sheetrock damage for over a decade following A/C overflow pans leaking onto the ceiling and window frame.  Narciso and Eddie repaired all the sheetrock and floated and painted it in one day.  That seems not possible, but it was done with care and to perfection.  </p> <p>DECK: We had a deck built about 5-6 years ago by<strong> </strong>one of many guys in a truck who claim to be carpenters/plumbers/etc..  They always offer a deal and even the big companies are often not much better. Those coupons are no deal.  This really makes one think twice about who is doing our work and what quality we are getting. Initially when the deck was installed, to the untrained eye it appeared to be solid.  Something always bugged me when I would look in other parts of town at their decks, but I could not seem to put a finger on it.  We were so happy to have it I guess we ignored what we perceived to be aesthetics and turned out to be unsafe.  The deck turned out to be so poorly constructed that one entire railing, the longest and highest one,  was about to fall off creating a dangerous situation.  </p> <p>Narciso told me the spacers need to be added. He recommended adding two more between the existing ones.  What a huge difference.  I often wondered if they had enough of those spacers because one day one of our small dogs, (a dearly departed Jack Russell Terrier rescue dog about 20lbs.),  jumped from the first landing after seeing a squirrel.  We thought we lost her, but dogs are fortunately sturdy when small and she suffered no ill effects.  We leashed her from then on.  In addition, Narciso added support beams on every structural beam to make this deck extremely solid.  Then they painted it matching it perfectly.  Now I really feel like we have the deck we always dreamed of that is as safe as one can possibly make it.  It is simple, the original work they claimed to be so solid it would not come down, but I guess they meant just the large posts that I had to insist on using treated 8x8's or some size close, but not 4x6's as considered.  The rest of the deck was not done properly and the problems were simply shoddy work.  Rosales company not only reinforced all sides of the deck and stairs going up, but added a ton of wood to make it so sturdy is does not even move when your try to push the railings on the stair going up.  That took a day and a half but was done so professionally I could not believe the difference.   Again, amazing work.</p> <p>Shed Turbines:  We had the same guys build our shed that built the deck and it had zero air flow.  Narciso and I agreed some roof turbines would move the air enough to prevent mold.  He use very big ones to take care of a small shed, but it did the trick perfectly.</p> <p>BATHTUB:  Our bathtub was leaking and Narciso removed and replaced all the seals in the tub fixtures so we do not have future problems.  I doubt I will ever call a plumber or carpenter out again.  I would call Narciso because he can do it all.</p> <p>LAST YEAR:  I did not realize my wife had left feedback on the bathroom project last year.  The garage doors and repairing a cinder block window frame that was broken apart since before we lived in this house.  I did not know how one would repair such damage and it was so easy for him. Our old garage doors I built years ago using plywood.  Who knew it would become very heavy and tear the rails down from the beams.  The new garage doors are wonderful. <br /> <br />  <br /> <br />GENERAL STATEMENT:  We live in an old neighborhood where the homes are on pier and beams.  It is difficult to invest a ton of money in a home that is not worth repairing versus rebuilding the house.  Old neighborhoods like ours have elderly folks and a lot of young folks that are in their first house that is affordable.  We love our home as do all our neighbors, but sometimes the cost to repair it using the big companies who advertise a lot are just too costly.  This is a great man that created a business that relies on "word of mouth" and "feedback" for future business. I also use that same small business model as it demands your best work consistently. </p> <p>Word of mouth referrals and positive feedback trumps any amount of advertising.  Narciso does his work such that he can sign it and it will be there for decades to come.  He and Eddie are true professionals. You get more than your moneys worth.  The difficult thing is to leave this kind of feedback because when you find someone like Narciso, you do not want to share him, but that would be unkind.   We have had Rosales come out three times with excellent results.  Anyone that leaves less than A+ reviews is not valuing this mans ability to do anything you need.  In my view that is invaluable.    </p> <p>Your first contact with Rosales is with Rosa.  She is the jewel that makes this business tick.  She is very kind, easy to work with and great follow through.  A family business is as close as it comes.   <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p>

The quality of work was good for the price but was very hard to communicate with. After the job was completed the cover started leaking we called Narciso and about a week later he sent someone out to make repairs. The repairs did not work and the cover continued to leak. We tried to call Narciso we left a message and he called back about a week later and said he would call back to set up a time to come by and make the repairs again. Narciso never called back or sent anyone out. A month later I got tiered of waiting and made the repairs myself. <br />

We have hired many contractors throughout the years but none come even close to compare with Rosales & Co. Ours was a fairly big project that encompassed around a 1,500 sq. ft. area. The front double door was a mess. It needed to be refinished and painted. The foyer floor tile was the original (1983) and many of the tiles had cracks in them due to a previous foundation problem. They needed to be replaced. The kitchen/breakfast/laundry room and vanity were all joined by a common floor which was covered with an old/cheap ceramic tile. They needed to be replaced. Rosales installed new travertine floor throughout. They installed new granite countertops, new backsplash, new recessed lights in kitchen and breakfast areas, new electric cooktop, new undermount sink, a new custom made cabinet, a pot and pan hanging unit over the island, and a new granite/sink countertop in the vanity. They painted ceilings and walls in all these areas and Mr. Rosales designed, built and installed a banquette in the breakfast area. We are very pleased with Mr. Rosales and his hard working crew. They were alway on time and were very professional in their approach to the job. We will surely hire them again and will recommend them to anyone looking to have a job well done. <br />

They did an excellent job and left my house clean and smelling great.  My only issue I had with Rosales and Co. was setting up the initial quote, but that may have been as much my issue as it was theirs.  Once the quote was provided, Narciso was extremely timely and professional.  All repairs were completed within a week. <br />

They gave us a deadline and have been on time and have given everything 100%. They are very professional and do quality work.

They did a great job.  The shelving and finishing details were top-notch.  They also installed bifold doors, light switch, wiring and light fixture for the closet as well.  They painted the shelving and bifold doors and were also able to use our extra strips of engineered hardwood flooring to fill in the gaps from the widening of the closet opening.   <br /> My only criticism is the timing of the work.  They told us it was going to take 2 days but ultimately took 3 days plus a couple hours on a 4th day.  They did run into a few things that probably required more work than anticipated such as vent soffit inside closet and the flooring.  In any case it was still great work and marginally more time than originally planned.  All in all, the built in shelving looks great and they look like they belong and are solidly built! <br />

Because the tile floor was falling in around the toilet we assumed we needed a plumber and a carpenter.  We had one company come out but they only sent a plumber even though we had specifically requested a carpenter too.  We crossed them off our list.  Then it occurred to us that we needed a contractor, someone who could do carpentry, plumbing and tile work.  When I read the reviews of Rosales & Co I was impressed so I called them and set up an appointment for a quote.  They came at the agreed time, checked everything out and emailed us a quote in two days.  Their quote contained everything <br /> we needed done and the price was very reasonable.  We accepted the quote and set an appointment for the work to be done in two weeks time. They showed up on the scheduled day a half hour early!  I was so impressed.  They covered our carpet with paper from the front door to the bathroom door.  I was impressed again.  They took out the toilet, demolished the floor and exposed the rotting beam, (all the time keeping the bathroom door closed to keep the dust from filling the house.)  They replaced the rotted section and added another beam for additional reinforcement.  The original cast iron pipe (from around 1938) was in terrible condition so they replaced it with the proper type of PVC.  They then rebuilt the floor, installed new <br /> tile and reseated the toilet.  They also put new grout around the bath tub and fixed the slow flowing bathroom sink.  All of this was suppose to take two days.  At 5 pm they asked if we would prefer they come back the next day or continue to work until it was done.  We were happy to let them keep working!  By 8 pm they had cleaned the completed bathroom, loaded all the debris into their truck and were done.  We were so very happy with the job they did.  The care, attention to detail and professionalism was wonderful.  We have recommended them to everyone we know.  They are the best and we look forward to them working for us again. <br />

<p>He was absolutely wonderful. I will grade him an A++. They did an outstanding job that we never saw before. The finished the job the same day. I am having them do other works for me as soon as possible. They provided a very reasonable quote and asked a permission to work over 5 PM. Overall, they have an A all across the board. </p>

Narciso and Rose are a great team. Really nice and quick. I got a quote in two days and the work completed a few days later. He is extremely fair in his prices and does really great work. I will be hiring them for all my contracting needs in the future! Being in a wheelchair, some of my doors are too narrow. Now because of Narciso and his workers, I can get in places in my home I haven't seen in 3 years. Thank you so much!

Rosales was very affordable compared to other bids. He and his crew were very professional and worked long hours to complete the job in a timely manner. He was in contact with us during the entire process to make sure we were satisfied with the end product. <br /> He even pointed out a few minor things that he could fix while he was there at a minimal cost. All in all my wife and I were very satisfied with his work. We will certainly use him in the future. <br />

The job when better than our greatest  expectations. Rosales did the work himself along with a helper, but brought in another person to supply and install the new door. He was punctual, starting daily at 9am, and even worked on a Saturday. The project was completed in 4 working days in accordance with his estimate. He was very knowledgeable about what had to be done and there were no surprises. His craftsmanship and quality of work were excellent. He is also a very nice fellow and pleasant to deal with.
