Rosalinda House Cleaning

It was a great experience, Rosa, Linda, and her team were amazing. They were fast. They were thorough. They did a really good job with everything. Their price was very fair and they truly did an awesome job. I’m really thankful I hired them. I would highly recommend them to anybody, they were done within two hours. They were punctual they were on time they were friendly. They worked hard and they made our new home look super clean.

This company cancelled without any notice due to ?loosing their phone and not putting my appointment on their schedule?. I texted them 20 minutes after the time we agreed to see what their ETA. This is absolutely unacceptable and would not recommend this company at all. I see similar reviews about their last minute cancellation without any notice and unfortunately this pattern seems to continue with them.

Yes they did a great job

Rosa and team were lovely and cleaned my home quickly. They were prompt and over communicative which was great as I needed a last minute deep clean for renters moving in. I would definitely book them again.

I am, very disapointed. I hired them after looking into many cleaning companies I thought they would be the best choiuce. We agreed on a price and the details of what needed to be done.Unfortunitly the night before they were suposed to show up i recieved a message late at night at 9:18 pm saying they were not showing uo because of an emergancy and she was at the hospital. Now obviously any family emergancy takes precidene over my house cleaning but because of the last min notice I had no way to get anyone else in time and so the housde was not cleaned like I had hopoed for the people lookiong at it to buy. Also I just don't understand why the other 2 women were not able to make it. So as much as I would like to give a glowing review I must say I don't understand why the job was not done. so I can't

I wish I could leave a good review, the ladies who cleaned were all very friendly and did a good job for what they cleaned. However, they did not finish the job. I had given them my move-out checklist before they started and told them to let me know if there was anything they could not do. They never voiced any concerns. They cleaned the stove but did not clean the range hood. They did not pull out the fridge or oven and clean behind them, even though I specifically asked before they left if they had done so and they said yes. They did not clean the cabinet underneath my kitchen sink and one of my bathroom sinks. They cleaned my tub but did not scrub the shower tile. I was moving out of my apartment that day and was left scrambling to clean things I thought they had taken care of. I thought I was making my move-out process easier by hiring them but it ended up causing me more stress.

They showed up on time, got right to work, and seriously went above and beyond. My place hasn’t looked this clean in a long time — everything felt fresh, organized, and honestly just so much nicer to come home to. They’re super friendly, easy to talk to, and you can tell they really care about doing a good job. I was really impressed with how detailed they were, even with the little things I didn’t expect them to touch. If you’re thinking about hiring them, do it. I’ll definitely be using them again.

These young women did a phenomenal job cleaning my bathroom. I envy that I didn’t get a before/after image because the work they did was amazing! I’m proud of the results shown and I definitely plan to use their services again !
