The provider arrived on time and performed and completed their respective work within the estimated time. <br />

I will try to make this relatively short.  We bought a deal for $99 for $200 worth of tree cutting services.  I called and scheduled an estimate without mentioning the deal after waiting a week for them to contact me to no avail.  They came out the same day and did the estimate, saying $75 for the one tree that was in desperate need of trimming,and $500 for all 11 of our palms.  The guy mentioned the deal on Angie's list (not knowing we already purchased it), which we thought was nice.  I called a couple of days later to schedule and the girl who answered said she'll call me back in "5 minutes," but never called.  I called again a few hours later, and she said the same thing, but never called me back.  I called again in the morning with the same result.  Finally, after the fourth try I got a date, 1.5 weeks in the future, which was a long time in my opinion.  I had another service come and take care of the tree in desperate need of attention (for $60), and saved the rest for Rosario's. The date came and they showed up a few minutes after the end of the time window and went straight into the backyard without knocking.  They never asked what we wanted to do, and planned on doing the $500 worth, which we didn't want!  That was a red flag for me.  My husband stopped them and told them what we wanted done.  When it was time to pay my husband gave them the voucher from Angie's List and the guy said that it was only valid towards the $500, and that's the only reason he mentioned it.  My husband said that that was not stated any where in the terms, and that we had already purchased it before the guy ever told us about it.  After a little more back and forth, they guy finally said,"You know what, man?  Have a nice day,"  and walked off.  In my opinion they are trying to scam people and have an incredible lack of professionalism, not to mention I don't believe the work done was $200 worth. <br />

I had a little trouble at first - I had called and made an appt for them to come out and do the job evaluation, and then they didn't come. But when I called back, they apologized and came for the next appointment, and then set the date to come back and do the job. I had cut a tree down to about waist height, and they cut the rest off and ground the stump out. It looks great, and the actually job was done quickly. I had bought an Angies deal, so it only cost me 200, instead of the 300 it would have otherwise. <br />

They were great. tree was on property line - fence, trees  - no problems cur down tree and cleaned up <br /> Very good actually great work. <br /> <br />

They arrived early with a professional crew of 5 men, truck and wood chipper.  They worked with chain saws, ropes, pulleys and skill to take down a tree without hitting the propane tank next door.  One man was high up in the tree while others were cutting the logs to stack for firewood.  They are skilled workers that know what they are doing and how to safely move the limbs and lower them to where they wanted them to land on the ground.  It was over 100 degrees but they only took one break.  It was wonderful to watch.  My husband and I will call them again.  Great attitude as well.  Very polite. <br />

His crew pruned by front tree, removed the fallen tree as well as a very tall tree that was most likely going to come down into my pool in my backyard. They removed all the trimmings. Very professional. <br />

The work that Rosario did was excellent and at a very good price compared to two other estimates. However, he did not do one important portion of the work that was agreed to which was to ground down the large roots from one of the removed trees. Those roots were damaging the landscaping and were mostly on or close to the surface,  and were in the way of necessary landscape repair. As we agreed, I removed some concrete sidewalk so he could get at the roots when his crew arrives later to do the work. However, on the day of the work, he packed up his crew and equipment without having me first check to see if all the work was done. Instead he showed up at the door with his crew waiting in the truck and wanting payment without ever providing a bill or invoice. When I asked for an invoice, he went back to the truck and came back with a receipt - not a bill and not an invoice or anything to indicate what work was done. <br /> The problems I experienced were due to an almost complete lack of communication by Rosario. When I called on the date the estimate was to performed and asked if he was going to show up, as he was late, I did not receive a call back - but he did finally show up shortly after I left the message. When I called the day before the work was to be performed to confirm he was coming over the next day what time he expected to be there, I was told I would get a call back. I never received that call back. Rosario's crew showed up very late on the date the work was to be performed without ever notifying me when or if he would be there. This created significant scheduling problems for me. <br /> Bottom line: I can only recommend this company if lack of proper communication is not an issue for you AND you have simple work to be performed. Otherwise, you might not know when or if all of the work that was agreed to will actually get done. I would not recommend this company at all except for the fact that their price was significantly lower than the other estimates and the work that was done was done well. <br />

The crew trimmed the trees promptly and consulted with us on each tree regarding shape.  We originally called to have a tree uprighted and while the crew worked hard to do so, we eventually decided to remove the tree, which they did at not additional cost. <br />

When I first called to see if Rosario's worked in our area, I received a very prompt return call telling me yes, and also that they could come that afternoon to give us an estimate.  We were pleased with the estimate and arranged that day for our trees to be trimmed on March 18, 2014.   The crew arrived early, went right to work and did an excellent job.  They were all very courteous, and we were impressed with the clean-up job they did.  There were a lot of limbs, branches, leaves and seed pods! <br /> We will call them when it is time for the trees to be trimmed again. <br />

He was good and reasonable.

They were very prompt and very clean.  They came in, did the trees and cleaned up themselves.  It looked like they were never there and the trees look beautiful.  They didn't charge that much.  They were three guys here with a truck doing all the stuff and cleaning up for about an hour and a half.  The price was not bad at all for what they did.
