Only disappointment was that air-conditioning unit developed a system leak about 18 months after installation due to a chafing line and it was past the warranty time so it cost me to have it fixed when the cause was actually a manufacturing deficiency.

Pleased with service and equipment installed. Arrived a little late first day, weather halted work late that afternoon, so they had to come back and worked a full second day. So, it took a little longer than planned, but all good in the end. Obtained quotes from two other businesses for comparable equipment/installation; Rose Bros. quoted best price.

They did a great job and super fast! I called in the morning and they were at my house within only a couple of hours. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable and left everything looking better than when he arrived. The fireplace works great and he left me information for a maintenance plan for my heating and A/C units, as well. I would definitely hire them again!

The serviceman told me that the part of the a/c in the attic would not last the summer. I asked for an estimate of a replacement. A different serviceman came out and looked at it. I never heard anything else from Rose Bros. The a/c is still running - seems to be fine. The service was in the spring of 2014. I am guessing at the cost of the initial inspection - I don't remember.

Unit had to be replaced. Installed as scheduled. Techs were on time, polite and explained the work to be done. They were very quiet and cleaned up after themselves when finished. I was very pleased with them.

They were great. I have used them since 1976 and I will continue to use them. The current owners are new and continued with the work as the brothers. I think one of the brothers passed on and one retired.
