On 6/8/16 - 6 weeks later - Tammy called to inform us that the awning shipment had been lost (!) and was reordered. On 7/6/16 she called to tell us that the replacement shipment had been received, and we scheduled installation for 7/14/16. The installation took longer than expected because the awning had to be anchored to the studs within our walls. It took quite a bit of time to locate the studs; so far, the awning has held to the house. However, the LED lights were defective and had to be reordered. I was told that it would take about a week to get the replacements. I heard nothing by the middle of August so I called Rosek and left a message, inquiring about the lights. The call was not returned. I called again in mid-September and left an inquiry on their voicemail; the call was not returned. Frustrated, I called the awning company on 10/3/16 to inquire about the lights and was told that the replacement had been shipped to Rosek in late July. When I told SunSetter that I hadn't heard from Rosek, they told me that they would look into the matter. I received an email from SunSetter on 10/8/16, telling me that they had asked Rosek to contact me. They did not. Finally, on 10/26/16, SunSetter wrote to me, saying that they contacted another dealer in my area who would take care of my pending and future needs for the awning. In conclusion, despite the fact that Rosek installed the awning satisfactorily, my poor experience with them - specifically their lack of response to my inquiries and their not following up on replacing the defective lights - leads me to give them a poor rating. I would NOT do business with them in the future so I certainly cannot give them any kind of recommendation.

The folks from Rosek Home Maintenance were fantastic, from helping us select material, style,and performing installation.  Everything was delivered and installed as communicated. The awning has been working flawlessly and is enjoyed routinely.  Thank you.

This is a wonderful company. Very responsive. Came to the house and measured for a Sunsetter awning. Installation was completed a couple weeks after the order and was done to perfection. Very professional and friendly. <br />

James Rosek and his team showed up on time, were friendly, courteous and professional.  Installed the new motor and remote as previously agreed.  In addition they adjusted the awning, and pointed out areas that may need work in the future. <br />

they did a good job. They were unable to install the awning the way it was originally planned as the header above my deck was not right to handle the weight of the susetter but they quickly came up with a remedy that I was satisfied with. They even went out of their way to replace the siding on my house that was full of holes from trying to install the awning the first time, at no charge. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I also had <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />them come back for some handyman work and they did a great job. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I'm also having them come back to replace an entry door on my garage. <br />
