Company refused to honor tha Angie’s Big Deal for 6 hours of housecleaning. When I spoke to the contact I was told she would call me back to take my name and address info. I never heard back so I forwarded a copy of the Big Deal coupon and asked for a reply. Nothing. After contacting Angie’s list for offer help or a refund of my deposit., they were unable to get the company to schedule for 4 months. I finally received a refund of my deposit. I don’t know why a company would agree to an offer they have no intention of fulfilling. I purchased the offer became the company had an A rating but after this experience., I have to question what if any value the rating system holds.

Rose's Cleaning failed to honor the purchase through Angie's List and refused to schedule a cleaning. I asked for a refund and they hung up on me. Rose's Cleaning stole my money, they are unethical and unprofessional. Note: Angie's List customer service is useless after 30 days

We have our house for sale. After they came in, I walked around, the oven and toilet were still dirty. The lights over the kitchen were still dusty. The blinds in the bathroom were covered with dirt. They basically did a quick, cursory cleaning and were gone in three hours. Three women came.

Very good. I purchased the "deep-cleaning" special through Angie's List, which included a thorough cleaning of the entire house, including inside the oven and refrigerator. They did a very good job, were friendly and professional, and I am very satisfied with their service.
