Our appointment was originally scheduled at 9AM, and she called and asked to reschedule to the afternoon. I agreed, but as the afternoon went on I did not hear anything so I called and she said that she was about 40 minutes from finishing up with this customer and then she would be coming to my home. I gave it an hour and called back, and learned that she was in Ellijay, so she finally arrived at my home at 5:30pm. Everything that she cleaned was very good, and she finished after three hours, however after I paid and she left, I went into my bedroom and discovered that she had not cleaned the master at all and that is the biggest room in my home with the biggest bathroom. I had also requested that my windows be done, and the window in my office was not cleaned. In the future if I hire someone again, I will have a checklist and do a walk through after they finish to make sure that everything is done, because the purpose of hiring someone was so that I didn't have to clean anything myself. I would also want them to come to my home before so we can have an accurate idea of the time needed to clean the home and make the appointment accordingly.

"when you called and made an appointment we schedule for an actual day but then you called and canceled and and you wanted for friday and I told you i already had an appointment for that day in the morning and you said it was fine to go to yours after I was finished!!!!!!!! when i got to your house you took me to your basement and you told me what to do as you went back upstairs and I start cleaning , I see that there is cat vomiting in the floors!! didn't wanna say anything just clean!! I went and told you to go check because I was finish, you went and check and you said everything looks good! I said ok what's next you said here living and kitchen and the floors was full of cat hsir!! like if you hadn't vacuum for years !! the couches you couldn't even seat down because they were vomited and full of cat hair!!! kitchen as well... when I finished you didn't mention another room!! and I was not the one to change appointment to another day !! I apologize for how it turned out. in the future if someone else calls to cancel appointment ima set it up to where I don't have one that same day and also go give an estimate to the house , not on phone due to having pets!!"
