Rosie and Chris are hardworking, offer excellent customer service, and know the best approach to every cleaning job. They are also very kind people. The entire cleaning team is friendly and thorough. They work very well together and it is clear they take great pride in a job well done. I trust the team in my home when I am away. When my husband is working from home or the kids have school off, the cleaning team is flexible and cheerfully works around the family's use of the house. I have no hesitation in recommending them whenever someone needs housecleaning. They have also done deep cleans in the spring time for me as well as a move out cleaning.

On time and schedule.

I've been using Rosie's House Cleaning for almost 3 years. They are flexible, easy to communicate with, trustworthy, dependable and do a great job. A lot of times I need to run an errand while they're at my house and I've come to completely trust leaving them alone to work. The crew is always friendly. I really like that the communication is easy and effective and that the scheduling is flexible, not forcing me into some "plan". I would highly recommend.

Rosie and her team have performed our housecleaning services for the last 17 years. In all that time Rosie and her professionals have never missed a day. They are extremely customer oriented, and their skill and expertise allows the team to do their jobs quickly, yet our house sparkles and shines when they leave. The last time they were here they neglected to dust underneath the furniture with legs. I will be talking to them about it. If I tell them what I need they will always do it but it was new people this time. It was 4 people that came out to clean my house. They were there for about an hour.

No complaints in the last year.

My experience with Rosies team could not have been better. I had a coupon for 2 hours with 3 people however, I had the bonus of a lead person, Chris, who cleaned as well. They not only did a great job with the basics, they cleaned the rails of my sliding windows in the sunroom, as well as a couple other extras. They were on time, efficient, and pleasant to have in my home. I would definitely recommend them and will be hiring them again.

Rosie's girls are always on time, always nice and friendly and ALWAYS do a great job. We have been using them for years and will continue using them. They do a very thorough job and we have no complaints.

I can't say enough about Rosie and her team.  They clean my 2,000 sq ft house in about 1 1/2 hours and do a great job every time.  Any time I have a request to have something specifically cleaned, all I have to do is text Rosie my request.  They always do a thorough and complete job.  They are always friendly and approachable.  I would recommend Rosie and her team to anyone looking to have a regular cleaning service.

They come in with 3 or 4 ladies and clean and vacuum or mop all floors. They dust and clean bathrooms and do a good job cleaning the kitchen. They accomplish this in a little over an hour which is great. They also change the sheets on the beds. They do a very complete job!

We like Rosie's service because four people come at the same time and nicely clean our entire 3,000 square foot house in about one hour.  We did not want a service that took hours to complete the task.  Before they arrive, we clear off floors, counter tops, and furniture so that they can get right down to the cleaning service.  Rosie and her daughter, Kim, have been responsive to any phone calls or requests we make.  They arrive within the scheduled time period and have never missed a service during the 18 months they have been cleaning our house.  We really appreciate them as both my husband and I are elderly and have health issues.

Excellent, as always.  They say when I thank them, that |'m trying to do my best" but I respond , What you do IS the best, Rosie's team bring their own equipment and cleaning supplied.  Before our celebrations, they do the windows, help set up the tables and make it look festive.  Rosie is careful to attend workshops and be "up" on the different fabrics, furniture materials, and other cleaning supplies that must be used or avoided.  I have antique furniture so it cannot tolerate normal furniture polish.  They are friendly, thoughtful, helpful in so many ways.I find the group to be totally honest.  They call always if they will be delayed by traffic or a flat tire.

I have been using Rosie's House Cleaning for  7 years.  She was recommended by a friend who had been using her for 6+ years! <br /> The do a very nice job and are trustworthy.  I feel completely comfortable leaving my home if I need to while they are cleaning.  They are easy to communicate with and always work with me if I need to adjust my schedule due to a conflict.  I continue to use them and highly recommend their service.

Excellent and fast crew. I like the the way the house looks after cleaning. Able to get a hold of Rosie by phone or text to set up cleaning times. However, they have always been 10-20 minutes late. Still use them because they do a good cleaning job.
