Ross Contracting & Landscaping

I hired Ross Contracting to complete a couple of jobs for me. To change out wooden balusters to iron balusters on my staircase, to build a knee wall for my patio and to replace the screens on my patio. My first red flag was that Courtland and his crew showed up on the first day late and unprepared. Did not have the supplies needed to start any of the projects (saw, wood, patio screen material, paint, etc.). Long story short, a job that should have taken them a couple of days, ended up taking 5 days. And to top it off, they did not complete any of the projects! And the work that was completed was subpar at best. We tried numerous times to reach out to Courtland via textand phone calls to see when he would complete the projects, and we got excuse after excuse, then eventually there was no response at all. Ross Contracting proved to be nonprofessional, non-competent, and a complete waste of our time and our money. Save yourself the trouble and use someone else for your home projects

Courtland was very professional and did my flooring in a timely manner. I called on Saturday and he came by to give me an estimate on Sunday and started the job the following Tuesday. I was looking for a contractor in my price range for about a month before I came across him. Overall great experience and will refer him to anyone in need of house work!

Mr Ross and his team did several home repairs projects on our mom house and we are very pleased he is dependable and dose quality work

Rebuilt my entire back deck and installed a L shaped ramp in just 2 days. I was very impressed and will be contacting them again for my floor repair in the bathroom.
