Spoke with owner Ross about replacing two water heaters. One was showing wet stains bottom. So I decided to replace both, since they were both about 12 yrs old. I decided to replace my Bradform Whites with a more high tech water heater. I picked Lowe's AO Signature 500, which is their top electric heater. Has leak detection shut off, higher heating element, vacation mode, wifi enabled etc. Labor estimate about $1400 to replace both, and I had the water heaters onsite for install. Can't say enough how Professional his plumbing crew is. Jack and Chris did an outstanding job. They kept me informed throughout the process, and kept my home clean at all times. The install projects came out great and price as agreed. Other plumbing estimates were higher, especially comparing it to those Big Box stores. Will certainly be doing with Ross again in the future. FYI, look for a company that is willing to be open to use other brand name water heaters and not just what they trying to sell you.

The cost did not match written estimate. Started with one leak. Ended up with 3 leaks.
