About us

Ross custom contracting is a family owned business I (Ashley) am the owner and receptionist (and/or sales) and my fiance is the manager and lead installer. These are troubled times dealing with the covid-19 (coronavirus) outbreak and understanding of any concerns involving business. We have a one year old son and take extra precautions for us and the client. These precautions include but are not limited to: handsaniter, latex gloves, lysol, hospital grade respirators, and tyvek suits along with practicing social distancing while being in the presence of a customer/person or working inside of a customers home or business. We are a fairly new company and believe in production of quality work along with practicing punctuality and communication. Our specialty services are: shower doors, windows, custom sandblasting (glass art), sideing installation, soffit and facia installation, flooring installation, tile, interior and exterior doors, and trimwork. Our services are not limited to this though we also have crews or subcontractors for fences, porches, decks, painting (interior and exterior) , electrical, and more. We try our best to be fair and affordable. we participate in contractor, senior citizen, and veteran discounts. Horrible! The contractor would tell me a time he would arrive at a certain time and never arrive on time. I would have to contact him most of the time to see if he was coming and when. Let him work at night and didn't complete the work he said he would when he was working at night. I have a room that was a breezeway years ago. I enclosed it year's ago. I hired this company to come in and demo the existing paneling in the room (which they did and didn't do that well), sheetrock, tape and bed, hang crown moulding, baseboards, door trim, and paint. It has turned into a nightmare! I spent over $600 in materials myself for the crown mouldings, baseboards, and door trim it's all ruined by poor workmanship. Now I can't save any of it and it's trash! The sheetrock that was hung is coming away from the walls, nails from the paneling were not taken out of the boards and now are poking out of the sheet rock, the tape and bedding is bubbling up and flaking off. I've had to call an electrician to repair plugs that were arched by the helper. I had to call the police on the helper. Now I'm out $3000 plus $600 worth of materials and having to hire new people to repair the mess. On top of it all I lost my husband 5 months ago and the people that worked on my home knew this. They took advantage of me! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
