Every business should be like Ross Electric. Responsive, respectful, on-time, good prices, friendly techs (Harry and Steve), and they get the job done the right way. Brian (the owner) is a pleasure to work with, as well. I hire Ross Electric for all my electrical jobs (fan installs and swap outs, recessed LED light installs, fixing broken boxes, etc.) and not once have had an issue. Fair prices and top quality work. They even teach you stuff on the job. I’ve learned a lot from them. You can’t go wrong with these guys!

Brian understood that most of the installation was already done and that we only needed the electric connection. He gave me a quote over the phone and in the end charged even less. He was the first and only electrician that responded and returned my call and worked the job into the schedule such that in less than a week it was complete.

Very responsive contractor. He texted me, called me and was able to adjust schedules to help meet our needs. We got a fairly large amount of electrical done and he was able to coordinate sheet rock repair as well as the electrical install.

Brian was quick to call me and get an idea of the work I wished to have performed. He came by the following Saturday morning, as we discussed, arriving on time to evaluate what was needed in person and set an appointment for the installation with me right there on the spot. Upon installation day he arrived on time with his fellow electrician, came in under budget and did an excellent job. The work was performed in a prompt and courteous manner. He and his partner wore masks (pandemic) both inside and out. I'll certainly reach out to Ross electric for all my future electrical needs in Bethany Beach Delaware.
