We had a new gas furnace installed by RothHome. The install was really well done. It was an all day job. Workers were just great and I was able to ask questions about the installation. We had an air conditioner put it at same time the furnace was installed. After using the air conditioner for the summer we had our routine checkup for furnace and air conditioner. The worker that worked on our checkup noticed that the wiring looked like it melted the plastic at the terminal. He went back to the office and alerted the management of what he found. They came right out that day and rewired the condtioner. This company is really on top of things and no charge to fix the problem. I want to say the technician that found the problem was amazing to find this problem before it could have been worse. I need to mention his name as I was so impressed with his knowledge. His name is Alexander Neumann. What a plus for RothHome. Thanks to him and thanks to RothHome will always use them. Thanks.

Josh Wilder from Roth Home was excellent. He inspected my outdoor faucet to provide me an estimate to get it fixed. During his inspection he determined there was a blockage and had got the faucet operating with running water in a matter of minutes. He was very professional, punctual, and courteous.

Roth confirmed what we thought was wrong within minutes of looking at our sink. We ultimately decided to replace the faucet ourselves but did hire Roth to address a separate issue we were not aware of to prevent a big problem down the line. The rep was very transparent and worked hard to remove any extraneous fees from the job to keep costs down. He worked quickly and efficiently and now we feel secure knowing we won't have a big leak or frozen pipes next winter.

My technician was efficient, kind and he didn’t mind my 101 questions. He completed the electrical job quickly and I’m so excited to have the work done.

Not only were their prices incredibly high compared to other estimates ($1,300 for a new water hose from my fridge to my ice maker), they refused to answer basic questions (How did the hose fail? Is it repairable vs replaceable?) so that I could move forward with my insurance claim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE USING INSURANCE OF ANY KIND. My options were to cancel the claim because Roth Home refused to answer these very basic questions after I paid them for their service, or hire another company to come in and do the same thing I already paid Roth Home to do, but make sure they were willing to answer the simple questions required to move forward with my claim. They were rigid and unwilling to help both times I called. Very disappointing considering I was a repeat customer. I will never use them again.

Technician was knowledgeable and wanted to educate us on the options available. Work was completed quickly and he stayed later than he intended to make sure we had power reconnected

As always Angi came through as did Roth Home. I needed outdoor lights replaced on the garage and by the front door and some indoor outlets replaced. Appointment was very quck and the work was done even quicker and VERY professional. Electricians are not cheap anywhere and I find their prices were fair. Any future work I need done they will be my first call. I HIGHLY recommend Roth Home!!

Timely, responsive to calls and questions.

Technician was excellent. Good communication and explained what was done. He was also efficient I thought the cost was quite high for only 1.5 hours of work. We also were charged a “fuel surcharge” that was unexpected. I thought it was a local company.

Scheduled an appt. They didn't come. Called them an hour and a half past the appt window. They apologized and rescheduled. Finally came out. Charged extra for gas to come out! Shifty, suspicious guy kept asking what else he could do. Offered to do garage doors and heaters and other stuff. Read the Yelp reviews. They are nice until they get your money. They botch the job and overcharge. I called to complain and the lady said she was sorry I thought I had an appt. I thought I had an appt?? I got an email verifying the appt! Complete jerks once they have your money. Would never use again, do not recommend at all.

Everything went well. I was a little bit surprised I have sticker shock. I misunderstood how much it was going to be. When I talk to the dispatcher at Roth it's been smooth pretty slick
