Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had a great experience. The technician that took care of our water problem was named Adam. Adam was amazing. He had a great sense of humor and plethora of knowledge on what he was doing. He cleaned up behind himself and he explained step by step what the job would consists of.

At first the company seemed super helpful. Eric was always pleasant and seemed to be supporting us. HOWEVER, they told us that they were dealing directly with insurance and that we wouldn't need to worry about anything. Therefore no costs, no options, no explanations of services were ever given to us. When the bill came back higher than insurance would cover they assured us that Joyce was the best in the business and would get it taken care of for us. the gap ended up being $3000 out of our pocket and as far as I can tell, no genuine effort was made to come to an agreement because we would have to pay it anyway. They were not actually working for us. In addition, the whole process was frustrating because appointments were made with us, where we canceled plans and they never showed or called. They removed equipment before it was dry and then covered themselves by putting it back in. At the end of the day our house is dry as is our bank account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Fast to respond but expensive for the service performed. Stated it was corporate pricing but then went on to try to do another service and bartered with me.

The man was great and did a very good job. Cleaned up both areas he worked in and left it clean and neat. Expensive but t, I’m sure it was worth it.

They fixed the problem, but they charge a flat rate of $430 to unclog a house drain.

Service was good, they take good care of the clog and resolve the problem.

Contacted Roto-Rooter, because I've used them back home in Northern Kentucky and I'm confident I would be treated honestly and fairly. Jonathon S was my technician and he did a great job. He listened to what I had to say and what I wanted done and he gave me an estimate for the work. He also told me what could go wrong and that it might end up costing more so he was up front with me. He was able to get it repaired within the original estimate pretty quickly. He also recommended replacing the bad galvanized section with PVC so that it would last longer. He also used the Shut-Off valve I purchased already to keep my costs down. Much appreciated.

The technician was great and the job efficiently. However, scheduling a follow up call involved a 4 hour wait at my house with the call center repeated lying to me that "The technician is only 40 minutes away." Would never hire this company again.

The pipe fix and water restoration services went very well. The quality of the work was great. However, while cleaning up, one of the techs damaged my wood floors. They used the wrong tape to attach the plastic barrier to the walls and floors to create a barrier. The company paid for the fix, but it took them 3 months to do so. Rather disappointing. Overall, quality of work was exceptional. The technicians should have been trained better on how to protect client property.

Jack was unprofessional and he only partially addressed the issue. I had to call someone else out to finish the job after I had already paid a $200 labor charge for definitely no more than an hour, if that. He attempted to get more money out of me to replace the garbage disposal and perform other work. I explained to him that I had a showing of my house that day and while I needed the leak repaired, I had neither the time nor the desire for him to do any other work. He began sharing unsolicited advice about what I’d need to do with the sink and disposal in order to attract the right buyer. Unsolicited, unnecessary, and a waste of time I didn’t have that day. Jack told me he was giving me a “tail light warranty”, meaning the warranty was only good for as long as I could see his tail lights. I am extremely disappointed and will not use Roto-Rooter again.

I thank Roto Rooter, especially plumber Gino Campos and manager Eric. They replaced toilet, plumbing line and brought in their machines to dry out house, took out drywall, about 4 inches. They helped me more because they constantly had to go up and down my stairs, as I currently have a shattered leg and couldn't get down stairs. They were professional and kiind. Very well. Every time renter would run the garbage disposal, the slurry came up into the master bathroom tub. My usual plumber could not even look at it for several weeks. Roto Rooter was able to come the day I called and took care of everything in a short time. I was very pleased.

Went better than I expected. For sure. They were very considerate to my carpet and china cabinet which was my mothers who passed. Very sensitive to the fact I had children. Thumbs up all the way!

Quick response needed due to nature of situation (sewer backup). Responded within 1.5 hrs on a Friday evening. Prompt diagnosis and clean out.

Technician unable to run camera down line. Ran rooter through a location beyond sink that was stopped up. Charged more than agreed price and drain still did not work. Spoke with manager to get price reduced. Another technician came out who was also unable to perform the work.
