Matt detected the leak in the hall bath toiket tank which had caused the collapse of the powder room ceiling downstairs. He recommended an efficient toilet for replacement. After I got the new toilet, he installed it, checked everything. It works well and most importantly "no leaks". Matt is a great professional, prompt, reliable and respectful. He gave me a lot of tips. And I will be signing up for the annual inspection of all plumbing related appliances.

They were able to come out quickly to assess the issue, then schedule the work. The work was performed quickly, but they did have to come back and fix the drainage issue, as they had set the drain as one of the high spots in the basement, not the lowest. So, while it works, it looks odd and I’ve got a drainage tube in a weird spot.

I had four people from eco plumbers and they could not get it working saying we needed all this work done which would cost us over $2000.00 Mike from Roto-Rooter came out and had it cleared in no time. He was very nice and explained everything. He was great to work with.

Poor job. Removed asbestos floor tile in places, and they are not licensed to do this. Over-charged for things not done. After review from experts, I was double charged, basement left in ridiculous mess, and they lied to me about what my insurance would pay. My health was put at risk. They were paid what the expert calculated the charge would be, and now they turned me over to collections, and put a lien on my house, and I will take them to court to have this undone. I have found out, they are known for taking advantage of older women.

line cleaned, then ended up swarmed with people for water damage, water mitigation services. Insurance accepted their proposal, the water mitigation guy installed 6 fans into a power strip off one outlet then blew the breaker. Their specialists offered in upgrade or install new sewer line for the cost of 6,000 to 50,000$.

Asked for an itemized invoice and found many charges for work that was simply not done. Had to photo document and contact Roto Rooter Corporate Customer Satisfaction to get an invoice that reflected the work ACTUALLY done. We were long time customers, but no more. A company should be able to invoice for work actually done. A customer shouldn't have to go line by line and photo document that the work really wasn't done.

They were very busy, but kept me posted about time of arrival. Harry Green came evening of 10/28/17. He was polite, patient & tenacious in getting lines cleared. He made suggestions to prevent further immediate clogs & put a cover on main line outside house, where it was missing. He was great! Knowledgeable & good customer service. Very professional but made sure to explain in terms I could comprehend! Great service!!
