Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace - For Business
$2,586
I don?t have money for services I was tricked into getting. I will Never use R3 again and I'm letting the world know. A supervisor, Anthony Segura, came to my house while was having a leak from my garbage disposal repaired and one pipe replaced under. That costs me almost $900. He told me that my insurance was going to cover the water mitigation and talked me into having that horrible dehumidifier machine placed in my house for a week. I asked repeatedly to have that machine removed after the 2rd day because it was freaking my dogs. Anthony and the technician refused saying it would affect the insurance claim (cost over $1,600). I was lied to! I was told that if my insurance did not approve my claim, he would gather the equipment and there would be no charge. ?Don?t worry? he said and to trust him. My insurance DENIED the claim and I am stuck with a big bill. Advice; Do Not Allow Them To Start Work on your home until it is approved by your insurance company.

Tommy knew exactly what to do. At the cleanout pipe, he started the "rootering" process, and before too long all of the major sludge balls were found and flushed into the septic tank. Awesome. Water flowed freely once again.

Very well! Luckily they found the blockage passed my property line into the city sewers, so they contacted SAWS immediately for them to come out the same day and get the blockage removed.

I was desperate. If I could have waited, I could have found somebody who didn't charge quite as much. They came out the same day. They responded to my needs quickly. I considered the kitchen sink an emergency. If it was anything else, it could have held off. I consider the kitchen sink is an emergency. I called them out Monday morning, and they were out the same day. I think a little higher on the price, but we were desperate. The guy was knowledgeable, and courteous. Yes he did. He was friendly.

The service went very well. One person came out to complete the service. It took less than an hour. The worker treated me very well. What they did well was that he did what he was supposed to do. He left the area very clean.

The man that came and did it, he was very professional and everything but he didn't tell me a lot of information. I would've like to have gotten some more information, maybe in writing, because I was here by myself so I couldn't remember it to explain it to my husband. They were about average priced. It took them a little while.

I discovered a big water leak in my A/C closet as a result of a plugged condensation drain line. Since Roto-Rooter satisfactorily completed a job for me last year when my water heater sprung a leak and flooded the garage, I decided to call them again this year. That was a regrettable decision. None of the same personnel came out this year (had they all resigned?.) This year things did not go so well. I had to ask the repairman to remove some soaked up drywall in order to dry out water behind it; I also had to ask one of them to move a book case to determine if water had gotten under it (it had). On one or two occasions, a workman told me that he would come out on a certain day/time and he never showed up or called. After the water-soaked areas were dried out using large fans, I was informed that they would either find a contractor to complete the restoration or I could find my own. Last year Roto-Rooter took care of all of the restoration and I didn't have to lift a finger. Something has happened to this company and they do not perform the same quality of service as previously. I would not use them again.

Once he arrived he was able to determine that there was calcium buildup that happened to affect two toilets at the same time (possibly due to lack of use the previous week due to vacation). He suggested replacing one of the toilets but was able to easily unplug the other. The cost, of course, was for repair of two toilets.

They were horrible. They were prompt in coming out. They gave me a price for additional work at $560 and when I said I couldn't pay that much, he said "I can do it for $275." I was in a bind, and he ended up doing it for even less, about $200. It was unbelievable. Their work was average. They didn't give me an estimate that reflected their hourly rate.

I called because my dishwasher was draning water back up through one of the sides of my kitchen sink. Listed on their website is free estimates. I scheduled an online appointment for the same day which was very convenient. Time frame given was 12:00pm-2:00pm which was perfect because it was about 10:30 when I booked it. They actually called at 11 and asked if I was available to have someone come out at 1130. I said yes and was very happy with the service so far. The rep arrived and just started working. About half way through the job he said, "I know I didn't give you a price before I started but it's like $150". I was shocked! All he had done was taken a PVC pipe out from under the sink and rinsed it out. It was just a small clog. I said that's a bit much for the work done. He said lowest he could go was $100. He went on about how this usually runs $350. I gave in and paid $100 for a clog to be cleared. I'm upset he didn't tell me what was wrong in the first place and I could have saved some money. Service was great and he did a good job, I mean the sink drains now but I wish he would have gave me an estimate as advertised on their website. <br />
