They were very professional, especially w the difficult tasks. Their pricing was fair n they took the time to explain what they did. They listened to and met my needs.

This company is the worst. To get them to come out and get an estimate was crazy. After I called because they missed the estimate appointment they said it was because it was raining and would be at my house in an hour. after 3 hours I called Marlene back and told her to not worry about coming I no longer had time. A week later on a Saturday, they called and said the could come out to do an estimate. I told them it wasn't nexessary, but they insisted and since I had not selected a tree service to remove my tree annd haul it off and grind the stump, I figured it couldn't hurt. When they got there, they did a cursory inspection of the tree and then offered way more than anyone else had offered. I told hem their offferwas over 2 times my lowest offer from a licensed and insured company. They then asked what that number was and came down in price to $100 less than my previous lowest offer. On the sate they said they would be out, they showed up over an hour after they said they would. They cut down the tree. and before they ground down the stump,they told me it was going to coast an additional $200 to fnish the job because they had underestimated how much it was going to cost. I agreed to this increae because they had made fast work of the tree. they were moving the large peices and debris to the front of the house and depositing it on the easement strip of grass along the curb. Then they said they were done and needed payment and left. I wrote a check and they ended up having to come back because the check was made out for the wrong amount. They then went straight to the bank to cash the check immediately. With a large part of the debris still in the backyard and the rest of the chunks of stump and large pieces of tree in front of the house, the ytold me that someone would come and pick up the tree carcass by the weekend. I waited. and waited. and waited. I called them a week after they left and they told me that they were not able to get the people to come out. It was then that I found out that they had called the Jefferson Parish (we are in Orleans) sanitation people to pick up the debris. I then pointed out that they had in our contract/estimate/receipt stated that they would be responsible for the hauling of the tree.After dfealing with them telling us numerous times that they would pick it up and them not showing up, my wife got a hold of them and they promised to come out and haul it off. Finally, they did show up. they hauled away about half of the tree carcass and have NEVER RETURNED. My wife soke with Mrlene Rouse after that and she complained that the man who she had partnered with was not working out and had left many customers with a bad taste in their mouth. my wide had not gotten any type of promise on pickup from Marlene though. So in summary, the original estimate was more than double what others had agreed to. To get my business they undercut my lowerst offer and then on the day of the tree service they increased their price OVER that lowest lowest offer and left a lot of debris in our backyard which I hauled to the front. Even though they agreed to haul off the tree, 1/2 of it is STILL in front of the house killing the grass and partially blocking the sidewalk. I would not recommend them for pulling weeds much less tree removal. I still have to pay someone to haul off the rest of the tree. update as of 12/9/2022 This company is the worst. Update as of 12/14/2022 : In response to the Service Provider Response: Had anyone completed the service we asked and paid for, This would not have happened. We paid you for an agreed upon service. You did not provide the service as described, avoided our calls, avoided our requests for remediation. Had you just finished the job, there would be no reason to write this review.

It went well efficiently and in a timely fashion to were everything was done safely and in a timely manner. I was quite pleased .

Wonderful they were prompt did the job efficiently Clean up was stellar the did an excellent job Went the extra mile made sure limbs were safely down. They really did more than I bargained for

Rouse’s did a great job of all services listed above. The workers were energetic and very pleasant. They offered suggestions for solving problems in my small space. The heat was relentless, but did not stop them from completing the work.

They did an excellent job and so pleased that we were able to get them so soon. Have already recommended them to a neighbor.

These guys were great I’ve used them for 3 landscaping jobs and 1 Tree service I would definitely recommend them. My yard is beautiful And very low maintenance. Very professional and they make sure you are a happy customer.

First and foremost, the customer service was beyond what I expected.The prices were great compared to all the comparable landscaping businesses in the city. They were on time and they finished ahead of time. My landscaping is beautiful and it has just the right touch. They have a great sense of urgency and I would hire them again.
