Excellent Job.

In November 2016, I hired Justin to replace/repair the wooden posts & railings on our front porch & carport. He charged me $550 which unfortunately I paid when he said the job was finished. I have no idea what he used to fill the cracks & uneven surfaces, but the railings have pulled away from the concrete block wall. The "filler" he used was very rough & unsightly & a large piece of it actually fell out of one of the posts. He left nail holes unfilled & the paint is peeling off the rails. I contacted him numerous times to come & repair the unsightly, rough posts, etc. He always said he would come, but never showed up. My last contacts with him were by text message, starting on Dec. 6, 2016 & going through Feb. 28, 2017 in which I reminded him that he had promised to come & fix the unsightly job he had been paid for. His last reply was, "I'm so sorry I'll be there as soon as possible I'll let you know a date by the end of the week." Needless to say, I haven't seen him since November of 2016. I paid him a high price for the job he did. I would never hire him again. I hired him because of the glowing reviews on this website & also on Home Adviser & I hate to give anyone such a terrible review, but I feel like he ripped me off & didn't have the decency to come back & face me to fix the problems. Perhaps he didn't know how to fix the problem so just went on to more lucrative projects for others.

He did not return the first phone call. He returned the second call after I requested to be informed if he was too busy so I could secure another contractor. I took time off my work to meet him at job site, he was 1/2 hour late despite living 50% closer than I had to travel. He gave me a price I thought was a little high, but I had researched and found good reviews so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He said he would contact me upon completion, we would meet for the reinstall and we could settle up. Agreed. I was contacted the following week, he stated he had finished and already put them in, wanted me to pay sight unseen. Emailed me a copy of a bill, I told him I was unable to print, needed a copy for income taxes, and he said he would send me one so I drove over to inspect the work, it seemed adequate, I mailed a check. He cashed the check the first week of Dec and as of 12/28 I have yet to receive a copy of the bill despite repeated requests for same. Unprofessional to say the least which spurred me to research the Department of Business and Professional Regulation where I discovered he is not licensed either under his own name or under his business name. I remain empty handed as far as the bill is concerned.

I contacted Rowe Services & Maintenance on July 20, 2015 and the work was done on July 22, 2015. The response was very quick and I thought the pricing was very reasonable. He needed to return to finish some of the work and arranged it around the tenant's schedule. I contacted Rowe Services again in July, 2016 and was very happy with the quick response.

<p>The work was done very well.  When I first contacted Tim about the electrical fence, he told me he had never installed one before.  But, he researched it and he did an excellent job.  The pool cage is really clean.  The screens are repaired and the dog door is ready to use.  The pool lights are hung and he was able to hook them up so we can turn them on with a switch.  Tim is very professional and he really can do everything.  I highly recommend him.</p> <br />

Mr. Rowe was fantastic to work with. He stopped over to provide the quote and I was satisfied with the quote. I asked if he could begin work that day-- he was and got to work right then and there. I had provided 5 fans and had decided to purchase another for the living room that day and went to the local home store for the additional items. I decided to add in a few additional items to the list and he was willing and able to stay and do the other projects as well. He had to return later to finish patching the drywall as it needed time to dry and returned in a timely manner to finish. I would highly recommend Mr. Rowe as I felt his quote was very fair for the items on the list and the time that he spent doing the projects. It is good to find someone you can trust that will do a great job at a reasonable price! <br />

iJustin was very polite and prompt from the first phone call to his last visit. He is very trustworthy and I will definitely continue to use him for all my handyman needs. He is very conscious of his pricing of the jobs.  <br />

Went very well. Justin showed up on time.had his trailer and hauled yard debris I had piled up. He came back the next day and installed a fence post in concrete to prop up  a section of my stockade fence. He also dug a trench around my screen room where we had a previous drainage problem   All work was performed in an excellent workmanship  manner. <br />

<p>Water damage necessitated a complete tear out of my kitchen.   It was impossible living without a kitchen.   Another contractor agreed to do the job but then backed out saying he was too busy.   I was glad to have found Justin Rowe.   He understood the urgency of the job and was very responsive.   He did a great job and did it quickly.   I highly recommend him!   </p> <br />

Justin was great.  got the outside fixed up both inside and out.  Touch up painting of walls, all bedroom doors and closets needed repainting, tile work in the main bathroom, blinds hung, and also fixed drawers in the kitchen and repaired closest doors that were separating.  He also pulled out old landscape bushes and planted new ones.  Will use him again. <br />

It went very well. Justin is a very nice young man and very polite. Very respectful and I would hire him again!

<p>He was very polite. Listened to all my concerns and was very helpful. The job came out wonderful, he did an awesome job and would highly recommend him to do the job. Everything looks great! He's a jack of all trades, he can do anything. He is going to come back and do landscaping. </p>
