Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
I have hired Royal Comfort based on their excellent communication and professional estimates. No work has been done yet so I cannot evaluate beyond simply hiring them. I am hoping and expecting that all will go well since they have excellent reviews.

Central A/C - Service or Repair
These guys are great. They came to assess the situation (problems with our oil furnace) and thoroughly reviewed options. We went with them for a furnace replacement, as well as a heat pump to replace our standard a/c units. They came in much cheaper than the two other companies we consulted (one of which we had used for almost 50 years (since the house was new). We're thoroughly happy with our new HVAC setup, and even the fancy Nest thermostat. Highly recommended!

Royal Comfort was one of the three contractors that responded to my repair request. The company provides prompt and responsive service. Technicians are knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional and courteous. Jesse is honest, no pressure and easy to work with and doesn't try to upsell something that you don't need. Excellent experience. AC broke down during heat wave! Response was immediate and issue was resolved same day with replacement of outdoor condenser unit. Smart and professional. Highly recommended.

Our heat shut over night. When we woke up there was no heat and our house was freezing. Called Royal at 830 and Jesse and Rob came to my house within an hour. Fixed the problem. Heat back up and running. Warm house again!
