<p>We had an issue getting our siding to match after some storm damage.  Royale Crown took the claim over and worked with our insurance company, found a match for the siding, replaced a couple of windows and handled everything for us.  They made it effortless and got all the work done promptly to our satisfaction.  We literally didn't have to worry about a thing and only had to pay our deductible, which we knew we were responsible for.  They really did a great job.<br /> <br /></p> <br />

Our experience with Royale Crown was great. The work was done quickly and the roof looks really nice. The yard and deck were cleaned up very well after the tear-off. George was wonderful to work with from start to finish. We are very pleased. <br />

They did a good job and we are very much pleased with them. The salesman was very good and the work crew was also very good. I have no complaints at all. They cleaned up after themselves.

We had hail damage to the roof which Royal Crown discovered when they inspected it. They dealt with our insurance company directly, Ken even met the insurance adjuster at our house so neither my husband or I had to take time off from work. It took quite a few phone calls, photos and faxes, but Ken stuck it out and got our insurance company to cover all the expenses. I have to admit that we probably would have given up and just paid for it ourselves if we had to deal with the insurance company ourselves. Once everything was settled with the insurance company the work was done immediately. We have a very large roof with many peaks and valleys. They came in with a large crew that worked from early morning until evening and they were done in 2 days. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves and the roof looks great.

We are very pleased with all the work that was done. The new window in the basement changed a dark, dingy cave into livable space. The new granite countertops are very impressive make such a huge difference in the overall look of the kitchen. Our house is 23 years old and was starting to look really dated, this work has really improved the look of the house. The minor questions/problems we did have were taken care of immediately by owner himself. His employees were prompt, courteous and really seemed to care that they were doing a good job. Royal Crown put a new roof on our the house this year also, that was reported separately under roofing. We would definitely hire them again, in fact we are planning to have them install some hardwood flooring and do some other remodeling in our family room.
