Johnny installed a new Chamberlain opener, made sure everything was adjusted correctly, and took the time to verify the door was operating safely and smoothly. What stood out most was his professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. He showed up when promised, explained what he was doing and left everything clean when he was finished. The new opener is noticeably quieter and works perfectly. Johnny is an experienced garage door repairman. I needed to replace a couple of parts to have my door operate again. The door is more than 25 years old. Three weeks after the repair (where 2 springs and 2 sensors were replaced), the left side cable was out of place. I called three times and left messages, but nobody returned my calls. I scheduled an appointment, but nobody showed up. I made two more requests for appointments, but the results were the same. Beware of this company.

Spoke with Johnny at 5 o'clock Friday he was here at 8 o'clock Saturday morning! He fixed my problem and fixed a problem I did not know I had. He was pleasant and professional. Good value, job well done. I recommend him highly.
