Everything went well I kept putting it off and got lazy and hired them. Maria was excellent and super quick. It would have took me a whole week to get my basement done. I will be hiring again for other services as I was really pleased with the first job.

I was extremely excited about the deal. I had some trouble with the Angie's List messaging system not notifying me, but was eventually able to set an appointment time. I definitely would have preferred to communicate via email instead of the online system, but we were able to sort it out. <br /> <br /> Some time after we set a date, she attempted to reschedule. We were on a very tight schedule, so the new date wouldn't work. We resolved that issue and, although they were late, they arrived on the scheduled date. They were forced to work around our house painters who did not finish when they were supposed to and I appreciate her understanding, since I know that was not easy. They did a decent job, but I had to go back and redo floors and a shower. I feel like I got my money's worth, as this was a really inexpensive deal, and, although the owner was a very nice person, I wouldn't necessarily use their services again. <br /> <br /> Update: What the provider is saying about the weekend request is untrue. Our moving date was firm and our tenants moved in on Saturday, so there was no way I would have requested a Saturday time. I think the reply further affirms my assertion that I wouldn't use the service again. It speaks to the level of professionalism one can expect. I scheduled on Angie's List and she confirmed, then subsequently attempted to change the date because she had a graduation to attend.

Remember that I have all your emails and text messages where as per you requesting dates changes because you had certain issues come up and painters not finishing their job and when time was running out you wanted us to clean on a weekend and I explained to you that our company does not work on weekends. Before any purchase is done it clearly state on Angieslist that our company works Monday through Friday, and you redid your floors and bathroom because you had your painters there and you were still moving stuff out, and we were not late we arrived exactly at 830 in the morning, and when I arrived I told you we'll do our best because your painters had just started to paint, and you apologized and said things didn't go as planned... <p>Didn't go well at all. I have had cleaning services in the past (every 2 weeks for a year) so I know what comes with the general cleaning and this was listed as a deep cleaning. It was a joke! On furniture only dusted very front edge, not the whole top of the piece of furniture. My husband brought it to their attention and they redid one piece in the bedroom but from then forward still did not do the entire top. On my mantel they just dusted the very front edge, in the dining room the china cabinet has about a 2" lip where the hutch sits on top of the base and they did not dust that. The dusted some of the knick knacks I have on 3 shelving sets (small triangular sets) but not the entire shelf and only about 2 of the 4 shelves in each unit. When you walk in my front door and look into my dining room you can see the dust still on the shelves. Same with the coffee table in the living room. There is a little insert piece on each leg and it is covered with dust. I had thought since this was a deep cleaning it meant they would move the knick knacks and dust under them but boy was I wrong! Didn't dust the cool air returns/wall vents, didn't dust sides of fireplace</p> <p>I had done my regular cleaning on Saturday so my shower was in pretty good shape. My husband asked them to recommend something to better clean the tile with and she did so, but for some reason they used my cleaner instead of their own (The bottle I had hanging on the shower door was empty and in the trash. After the tile dried I could tell nothing looked different from before they came, especially the floor of the shower. They did dry off the door but that appears to be all they did.</p> <p>I have French door that lead to a screened in porch and they cleaned the inside of the door but not the outside that leads to the porch. They entirely missed my laundry room, my husband had to go out to their car and ask them to come back inside to clean it. The kitchen only got a cursory clean with a dry rag (They also used only a dry rag for dusting, no polish or cleaner.). Counter tops in kitchen were wiped at but not with a wet rag so there were still some dusty kind of places and a few food spots didn't get cleaned off. They did do a good job of cleaning the front of the refrigerator but had to be pressured to just wipe out the oven! We had done the self cleaning but needed the leftover just wiped out. Didn't push doors to be able to sweep behind them, just waxed over the kitchen floor, didn't clean up dirt or spots before doing the waxing so that will require more work on our part to fix. They said because we use Mop N Glow you had to strip the floors in order to properly clean them (kitchen, dining room, entry way). They used our Mop N Glow but didn't put it back and also didn't clean mop the spots before putting on the wax part.</p> <p>To clean our breakfast nook table they just lifted up each end, mopped under it, and then put it back down. Never seen that done before. I thought they usually either washed dishes (only 3-4 pieces) or put them in the dishwasher but not so. My husband was home with them and he had to tell them before they left each room what they had missed or needed to do. Didn't clean the toilets very well either, just wiped at it, not cleaning at all.</p> <p>I guess I am really disappointed. Our house is only 3 years old and this is the first outside cleaning we have had done. Since it said deep cleaning I was really looking forward to coming home to an exceptionally clean house, not having to come home and dust the furniture and clean the kitchen counters behind them. They took 3 people 2 hours to clean. I thought it would have been more like 8 hours totally but guess I don't understand the guidelines. I know they had to reschedule from the day before and were trying to make up time but I feel I suffered because of it. I would NEVER use them again and do not recommend them at all.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p>

Your husband kept talking and talking about he's 26 grandkids I kept talking away because I had a job to do. We used our products never the customers unless they tell us too. I have great reviews on living social and other ad. We swept the floors before mopping. I cleaned the front and back door glass porch. I di use polish so I don't know what your husband told you. We left the mop n glow by the side of the door so we wouldn't leave foot prints. We only missed the top of your dresser, and that's when your husband came too me. How can we spend 8 hours cleaning 3 girls on a 2500 square foot home. Thank you and god bless"

GREAT! Maria is one of the owners and has been so wonderful to me! She has treated me like family. I have had 2 surgeries over the past year plus 4 children who come and go and she has been wonderful and flexible in working with me, on many occasions changing the dates and times of cleaning (when possible) to help me out. She truly cares about her clients as people. She told me that she used to work at a "higher level" job in the Research Triangle but felt unfulfilled.she began this business because she wanted to help people in a very tangible way. The members of her crews are always great; very pleasant and willing to do anything to help me(within reason,) I have 2 dog and 2 cats and they love animals and have no problem with them.My dogs live them,too, because they always give them lots of attention! I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I have nothing negative to say about them.(I have used them for over a year.)

JM residential was awesome. From the very first time I contacted them they were so willing to work with me regarding my time restraints and needs. They were able to clean my house just a few days after me first contacting them. The tenants that moved into the home stated the place was "so clean!"
