Terrible! They did almost no work and it took them more than a ½ hour to even get started and they left the job after less than 1 hour of work, yet I paid for 2 hours of work

After speaking with Ivan on the phone he said that he would need to see the property. It took several attempts to schedule a time to meet since we had miscommunication about the date and location. Eventually he met me at my house to explain that the work couldn't be completed within 20 hours. He offered to apply the purchase price of the deal against a new quote. He also explained to me that Royal Landscape was more of a hardscape company than a landscaping company. After rejecting his quote and asking him to provide 20 hours of labor instead Ivan became unresponsive to email and phone messages. I've received no service in exchange for my $625 offer. I'm working with Angie's list to obtain a refund after the 30 day refund guarantee due to a of breach of contract by Royal Landscape. I'm terribly disappointment in the situation and hope that Angie's List can make it right.

It was great. They came out immediately and performed the job while I was at work. It was like little elves had come in quickly and stealthily!

It worked out very well. I wasn't there when they did it and so, I am not sure how long it took for them to do it but probably a couple of hours. They did a good job.

First of all, the job appears to have been done well. I say appears because we were not home when they did the job. I gave specific dates that we would be available but instead they emailed me several days before the chosen dates (which I did not get until after the fact) to say they were on their way to my house (we were out of town). I was a bit put off that they did the job with no one at home and without my approval. There was a bit of a mess left behind but the gutters run clean now. We needed a heavy rain before I could tell.

Very pleased. Actually bought their Angie's List deal but missed the fine print that it was only for a 1 story house, even though it was for unlimited square feet. I got an e-mail from Ivan the following day to schedule, and when I told him I was cancelling the Angie's list deal because we have a 2 story house, he said that I could cancel the Angie's List deal, and he would still come and do our gutters for a much better price appropriate for what we needed done. He came the next day and did a really great job. The roof and gutters appear to be completely debris-free (and we had a lot of pine needles and leaves), and there was no mess left behind.

Went great! Both times I reached out to them, they tried to come the same day. Unfortunately, my schedule wouldn't work for the first time available. Called them a second time, when I was free, and they came out that day. Additionally appreciate how they cleaned up afterwards! I would certainly use them again.

I bought the gutter cleaning special these guys ran through Angie's list. They came out and did the job the very next morning. I recommend them!

It was really bad. It was very bad. We weren't very pleased with it at all. It was kind of a bad thing from the beginning. We tried to speak with the gentleman from the landscaping service to make sure that we were on the same page as far as scope of job for the amount of money we paid. What we ended up getting was very poor work. They knocked some of the door every couple of hours telling us it's going to be two more hours of labor. I was not really satisfied with the landscaping. We ended up hiring an independent guy that came in and did the entire job for $300. It wasn't a very good experience at all. The pricing was wonderful except that we didn't get the work that he said we would get. He did respond to our requests. They were always on time. I would not recommend them. I would not use them.

I was impressed by the crew, on time, went to work, did not take breaks or talk on their phones for 6 hrs. They were very careful to only do what was wanted and clean up. Despite a little problem beyond his control Ivan stepped in and made sure the job was completed. they were very respectful, professional and courteous. great job. Thanks again

Overall it went great. Ivan did have to reschedule once but once he got here to do the work he got a lot more work done in the allotted 4 hour timeframe than I'd expected. The end product was a very well manicured hedge, bushes trimmed back, weeds pulled and lawn mowed. I was very impressed and would certainly use him again and also recommend his service.

I paid for the Angie's list deal of $149 for 4 man-hours. Two guys arrived; for a total of 2 hours. I showed them what needed to be done. One part involved trimming a hedge. The lead fellow told me that their hedge trimmer was broken and that they'd have someone bring another one. I had two green waste bins side-by-side for them, but knew that it would be more than could fit, particularly since the palm fronds are very bulky. I knew that hauling would be extra, so I asked how much. Hauling would be an extra $160, more than the entire job, so I declined (which is the only reason I rated "price" as B - otherwise the price was an "A"). I showed them the two green waste bins, and asked that any excess be put on a trailer so I can haul it away myself. They filled one green waste bin completely, and put the rest on the trailer. Oddly, they left the other green waste bin completely empty, even though they were literally side-by-side. Since there was more than could have fit anyway, I guess it wasn't a problem, just kind of strange. I can only speculate that they must have mistaken the other green waste bin for a trash bin. The main reason I gave an overall of "B" and quality of "B" was for the hedge. When they only had about 15 minutes left, I went out to check on their progress. Everything was done but the hedge. At that time, another guy arrived with the hedge trimmers. The lead man thanked me for my business, etc, and said they only had about 15 minutes left but that they'd "hit that hedge" and then go. After they had left, I saw that they never trimmed the hedge at all. I don't know why - why bother having someone bring them the hedge trimmer and not use it? Why say you'll do it before you leave and then not do it? There was never any explanation. They did a great job on the palms and the bamboo, though.
