I purchased a deal specifically to pack up a U-Haul we rented and driving from the Los Angeles area to Nashville, TN. The deal was for 6-man hours plus shrink-wrap (the shrink wrap ended up being the best packing material and I'll explain why later). Three men showed up on time and they went right to work. We told them how far we were driving and they started packing the truck very densely and started using shrink wrap on all the hard surface furniture!!! I thought it was a bit excessive and made a comment that I'd never seen furniture wrapped. They explained it would help everything stick together and minimize movement during the drive. The shrink wrapping made the packing process longer than I anticipated and of course, we exceeded the time paid on the deal. But the moving companies are regulated so the additional charge wasn't excessive. And in the end, it was worth it. We drove about 2,200 miles and nothing had shifted and nothing was broken; no scratches or dents!! Moving is a lot of work, stressful and always a high possibility of something getting broken but the three gentlemen who packed our truck worked quickly, efficiently, professionally and were very careful with my daughter's belongings. I'm just sorry I didn't submit this review sooner because I would highly recommend them.

It went great. I would definitely re-hire them. They took care of all my needs and were very careful moving things as well as wrapping up my furniture for the move. One item was accidentally dropped and they showed it to me and gave me the option for them to take it and have it fixed or reimburse me for whatever repairs are needed. The fact that they were honest and told me about the piece of furniture was a breathe of fresh air.

Dan and Alan came on time , they were clean , polite and fast. Wrapped everything really quick and moved me in 3 hours to my new place. For sure I'm gonna use them for my next move and recommend them to everyone. My best movers !!!!!

My move was nothing but perfect! Over the phone, they asked us several important questions about the move and amount of items we've had, are any really heavy, etc. Afterwards they sent a confirmation letter via email. Next day the job got started: the movers Alex, Den and Mike arrived on time, were fresh, energetic and ready to work. They brought along everything needed for performing the move. Two of the guys immediately started packing part of the process, meanwhile the third guy was taking out and loading safely wrapped items right into the truck. He was truly like a tetris ninja, who could manipulate the objects differently shaped very fast and accurate. Once they finished the packing and loading part they made sure that nothing is missing, everyting is safe and ready go. An hour later our stuff arrived ( just terrible traffic as always) back to a new house. The stuff inside the truck's trunk was exactly as it was before the dispatch. They unloaded it super fast, like two times faster than an actual loading took. There were no additional or hidden fees and would recommend Royal Moving for their service great and reliable service.

They were super nice and friendly, plus very hardworking. I had a more complicated move because I was dispersing my belongs between three different places. Which could have been , but they handled it great and I really appreciated it. Every item arrived safely, they unloaded the truck smoothly and fast. Recommend!

Absolutely easy to schedule, confirmed the day prior and on move day two guys showed up on time, ready to work and properly tooled. The whole job took a bit under four hours and nothing was damaged. I'd use them again if I need to move.

All the guys were very nice and helpful. They were available to help me with whatever I needed. They packed all of my furniture from my two bedroom apartment, and they didn't charge me for most of the packing materials, only the boxes. Great total price and overall amazing experience.

Next day the guys arrived on time, brought along some tools for assembling/disassembling furniture, blankets, a wide variety of boxes, plastic wrap, tape and the most important a great attitude. They worked hard throughout the day, did it as efficient as possible without damaging my stuff. I recommend these guys, ask for Alex and Art!

They were very really accomodating and fast as well, and made sure everything was handled with great care. We had some frustrations with the buildings management and elevator but they managed to get everything done quickly with no problems.
