We recently had our basement finished and Omar for the job. The quality of his work was excellent. He did all the drywalling, installed flooring, hung doors and painted the basement. He showed up on time when he said he was going to. This was a large project that took several months, but he stuck with it to completion. Overall we are very happy with his work and would hire again.

Worst and most dishonest flooring guy I ever worked with Omar Dominguez Chagala of Royal Pines Flooring. Was paid $4,700 to sand and refinish oak hardwood floors. Said he was done February 5th. As you can see from the pics, large areas of flooring didn't even have 1 coat of satin finish. Omar came to see and admitted they missed it. He said he was going to come fix it. He never did come when he said he would. Now he doesn't answer calls or texts. We had to hire Grigore's Hardwood Flooring and pay $2,300 more to get our floors repaired so we can finally move into our new house.

It was good. They did a good job and they were hard-workers. Omar was very friendly, explained a lot of things, came when they said they would, very consistent in what they said they're going to do, and knew what they're doing. It seems that they've been doing these for a long time.

Omar did great work on our basement remodel. His work was of very high quality and we would definitely use him again.
