Royal Roofing

It was great. Royal Roofing came in with the low quote of three that I got. We have a big roof with multiple ridges and hips. We also have a large chimney and two skylights. We have had two major thunderstorms since then and no leaks. Also, we had solar panels on the roof that were taken off for there job to be done. When the panels were put back up one of the workers asked who did the roof because he was so impressed with the job that they did.

Roger and his crew did an excellent job for us. Ours was a relatively small job for them, but they treated it like it was as important as any other. His team showed up promptly on the morning of the job and got right to work. They stripped the roof, replaced 4 sheets of plywood, replaced all of the flashing, replaced my gutters, added new shingles and cleaned up the site in less than 4 hours. The job looks great and the crew left the site spotless. Couldn't ask for more. Only caveat: their price for the plywood was $95/sheet, which is a bit high, but within industry standards.

They were very professional describing the job and presenting all documentation. They were very punctual and extremely neat. We would be happy to hire them again.

Royal did and outstanding job. The arrived at 7:30am and completed the entire roof(22 square) by 4:30am, simply amazing. The entire team was very friendly and professional. They did a thorough job. When the left the only way you knew they were even there is because we have a new roof. Otherwise you would have never known they we at our house. If you need a new roof you have to talk to Royal Roofing.

I am very pleased. They are truly excellence in their craft. Project took one day, they were swift but efficient, and extremely well organized. House was completely covered, old material was collected and discarded, perimeter was likely cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Roof looks incredible. Chimney looks incredible. It was worth every cent.

Roger, from Royal Roofers in Leominster called me at 10:30 to say he would be at my home for our scheduled estimate and he was indeed on time for our 1:00 pm appt. I have had 2 companies in the past that never showed up or bothered to call! I hate that. It shows me that they're not going to pay attention to what I want to be done and clearly not show up on time. So both of those companies were fired before the estimate ever got started. I was amazed when Royal Roofing called 2 hours ahead of our scheduled estimate to say they'd be on time for the estimate - and they did this throughout the entire job. What struck me most was their HONESTY! Roger gave me a copy of his roofing license and his liability insurance and thoroughly explained both. Then he told me step by step what they would do to the new roof and how much each item they used would cost. He also told me he does everything by Code so that any future repairs, such as a hurricane blowing shingles off the roof, that the insurance company would just cut me a check. I tell you everything was done by the book. I spent several years in the construction business so I knew if he was padding the job or not. He surprised me with a quote that was about $1,000 less than I thought it would be! The job was done exactly as he said it would be. The roof is beautiful and featured on the Royal Roofing facebook page. My advice to you is to call Royal Roofers ASAP for any roofing needs. The estimate I quoted is a one car garage but they treated it as if it was Ben Affleck's house! Finally, like most of the reviews state, they left the job site cleaner than it was to begin with and I have posted 2 pictures of their "clean up" job to show what I and the rest of the reviewers mean by "they clean up the area before they leave" This is a quality roofing company! 1) Honesty, 2) integrity, 3) licensed and insured for your benefit, 4) on time, 5) minds on the job, 6) no cell phone use except by crew leader to company overseer. 7) Leave your property cleaner than it was to begin with. I am very happy with the job they did and will hire again for house roof. Total cost for replacing garage roof = $1,850

Excellent! Hardworking crew! Finished our roof in a day. The guys worked an 11 hour day in 91 degree weather! They left our yard spotless and moved all lawn furniture back to their spots when they were done. They went all around the perimeter of the house with a gigantic magnet on wheels to ensure all loose nails and debris was picked up. My husband is a contractor and I think it speaks volumes when another contractor is impressed with a fellow contractor. Best of all the roof looks great!

Was done in time he quoted, large house, could not have gone better. Terrific crew.

They worked all day until the job was done, including sitting in the rain for 2 hours until the job could be completed & consulted with me on repairs to the roof. Cleanup was very thorough. I would definitely recommend them. They have pics of my roof on Facebook - which only a homeowner could love :^)

He listened to our concerns and thoroughly examined our old roof inside & out. The estimate came quickly, The price was fair and reasonable and a very good investment.” They asked to start the job a day early, started at 7:30 AM and were done by 6 PM the same day. The job looked great.

I was very impressed with the job done from start to finish. Roger the owner came out to the house and explained to me everything that needed to be done with great detail. The crew was very professional and were able to answer any questions i had during the job. The cost was competitive with other quotes I received and I am overall very satisfied with the work done to my house.

Fair price and excellent service. Roger, the owner, is very personable and professional. He arrived to do the quote exactly when he said he would and he handed us a copy before leaving. Once we hired him, he gave us a potential start date and estimated it would take two days. His crew came on the exact day he projected and they were done in one day because he had a crew of 8 working which included himself getting supplies. The crew is very respectful and extremely hard working. They make sure they cover bushes and porches from flying debris. They are constantly cleaning the yard and use a magnet to pickup nails. They bring in their own dumpster and remove it at the of the day. We were given extra material and told to call if we have any questions or concerns. We were given a 10 year written warranty from Royal Roofing that includes materials, labor, and disposal. My neighbors all came out to look at the beautiful job done, and one asked for his own quote. Honestly the hardest part was selecting the color of the roofing tile. Roger told us how we could uploaded our own house picture and try different colors on the manufacturers website.

It was excellent. I went to work looking at the old roof and came back to an amazing new roof with no mess at all. I didn't even see the workers come and go, it was all done while I was at work which is incredible.
