I can't say it enough the deck came out beautiful. He pays so much attention to detail and had to add a few things along the way, but he kept us informed of what we needed to add so we could give the go ahead without having surprise added cost. We have used James and his wife for other projects around the house and will continue to do so. Everything is always done exceptionally well and they stand behind their work. Best of the best for sure! Thanks again as always guys!

There were a few hiccups (weather related) but James and Rebecca did everything in their power to give me the results I wanted. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them in the future. On a personal level they are good, honest, and dependable people.

R. I hired him to install floor in powder room very small .area and 2 small entry floors .I had all the wood. Install 2 railings. He installed entry and railings. He never came back to attach 2 more brackets .He said to make a trip to my home be a $50 fee. Repeatedly was late or did not have supplies. I arranged to have myself or my sons available to accommodate him. He would not install bath floor until I had plumbing changed. He never checked first 2 times he came to give me an estimate. He charged me $50 for small can of stain ..claiming it froze .He charged me mileage .something he never spoke of .Gas was regular priced in February. I waited and called many plumbers .Plumbing was replaced. Called him numerous times phone goes directly to voice-mail. Messages not returned .A co worked credit him looking for a estimate. He returned his call .It has been months and months. No answer.

"The original agreement was to install flooring, that client said she had, in both entry ways of her house and to install hand rails on the stairs. $250 for the handrails and $200 for the flooring. I installed the flooring however there were no thresholds. I told the homeowner there was still a bunch leftover so she asked how much to put some in the powder room. I told her $50 since I’m already here. Once I looked at the shut offs on the vanity, I told her I wasn’t sure how to turn those ones off. I have never seen that style before. Recommended she hire a plumber to remove the toilet and vanity so I could install the flooring and update the shut offs as well. Installed the handrails. Client wanted them stained so I bought two colors that I thought were the closest to match the floor. Client chose a stain, left it out in the garage where it froze. I had to buy another stain. Client was upset that she had to pay to replace the stain plus my gas fee. I told her that I would come back and put the transitions on when I do the bathroom floor so I wasn’t making multiple trips. She said that was unacceptable so I made a special trip to just install transitions that were supposed to have already been there. She said that she couldn’t get a plumber there for awhile and that she was going out of town for awhile in the following weeks. I told her that I can’t do the floor unless those items are removed. Over a month went by and I hadn’t heard from client. I now cannot do the job for $50 like I had offered since I was already there and it would take me another 2-3 hours to do."

We had out kitchen remodeled and James from Royalty Construction did the Kitchen tile work. He was punctual, professional and did a great job in our kitchen. I am in the real estate industry and have worked with many contractors, I can attest he is by far one of the most meticulous contractors I have worked with. I would definitely recommend his work.
