The project was to renovate which we agree for $14000.00 i gave him a down payment of $5,000.00 on 12/20/2022 and an other $4,000.00 on 12/14/2023 Since then he keep given me excuse I ask him for a specific date to come do the job he said he is coming on 02/17/2023 he still don't show up I call him he block my number since then
