Clean Water Pro.

Very knowledgeable about water system needs without the pressure sales. Prompt service and installation at a reasonable price.

John spent a good deal of time discussing our water concerns and examining our system which we really appreciated. He replaced our neutralizer and the water problem has significantly improved. He was also very responsive to subsequent questions.

Very professional. Will only sell you what you really need. Great people to work with.

Wonderful responsive informative customer service. Timely high quality work

John was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure the entire well water system worked properly. I called him for a filter replacement, but he found out the water well system had rotted and had it replaced in a day! Both, he and his co worker had great attitudes and were very professional. Will definitely hire again ( and I am for yearly checkups) and would highly recommend them. Thanks John!

Technically, John finished the job carefully and conscientiously, and he explained clearly how the system worked. After examining the neutralizer tank, he found that there contained black deposit, which was probably caused by using a lower grade calcite (a magnesium substitute for calcium). He recharged it with the half a bag of highest quality of calcite, and charged me the price of half instead of one full bag. John spent more than an hour in the job, as compared to 15 minutes the company I hired last year for the same job, in addition to more than a hundred dollars John saved me. I really appreciated John's integrity and responsibility in running a business. Besides, Jessica did a great back office job, followed up my request call with politeness.

Not only did he fix the problem but he educated me on the ins and outs of a well system

Clean Water Pro team explained what we needed and what we didn't need. The work was performed quickly and efficiently.

John took extraordinary time to explain fully the details of the system he recommended. Installation was quick, clean and worry-free. He went over the nuances of the system after installation and discussed expected results. Fantastic work at a very reasonable price! Would absolutely hire again!

Great job at a good price. Glad to keep the work local.

Very professional

I am very pleased with my experience from start to finish. John knew the water filtration system I needed installed at my house (Pelican whole house filter, salt-free softener and uv light), so he was able to give me an estimate over the phone. He was able to install it in 1/2 the time as estimated by a local plumber in Greenwich and for 1/2 the price. The set-up was done in a thoughtful way to preserve storage in my small utility room. He was even nice enough to clean up all the boxes on the way out. System is working great and I was impressed with the follow up call, to make sure I was happy and to answer any questions I had. Highly recommended!

I had them install a whole-house water treatment system. The project looked complex, but they did the work flawlessly. I was glad to have good experienced plumber work on my project.

The company was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. Called me when the were running a few minutes behind schedule. I enjoyed working with John.

Clean Water Pro was called in to repair/restart and refill my existing system. I was not interested at this time in investing in a new system if I didn't absolutely need to. I feel that I was treated very fairly and respectfully. John did not try to sell me something new when he could work with my older system to get it in proper running condition. I am very pleased with the quality of his work and with the attention given to staying within the scope of my request.

John Gondolfo was extremely professional by putting my mind at ease with the installation of a UV light for the buyer of my house in Mahopac, NY back in September/October 2015. The timeliness and quality of the installation was superb. Dolores Watson formerly from Mahopac

John is a miracle worker!!! In less than an hour, he reset our water system and we had clean water in less than three hours. I wouldn't use any one else and recommend him highly Paul L. Benben Putnam Valley NY

Professional, Friendly, Prompt

John is a real gentleman who really knows his craft!

John reached out to me within minutes of me requesting service. We spoke for a good 30 minutes or more about my problem and what needed to be done. He worked with my system and did not try to sell me a new one and advised me of what would be best for my home and did an excellent job. I'm truly happy and more important the family is happy.

He came and did what I asked him to do. He did not try to sell me a new system, just fixed the system.

John, was great, reasonable priced, and reliable, he's a professional at what he does ,he checked out our system saw what was not working , tested the water , installed a whole new system and a water pressure tank ,now we have soft ,clean water and good pressure.THANK YOU John and Jessie..Clean Water Pro's.

John was the first one to call me out of the 3 firms that home advisor picked out, on a Saturday morning no less, 1 called on Tuesday, and 1 of them did not even bother to call me. He asked me if I could send him some pictures of my water softening system, after that he told me what had probably happened, and what he would be able to repair on the system to get it back up and running. He knew all about my 20 year old system brought the parts he needed with him, and was able to replace worn parts along with new resin, and the price was right what he said it was going to be, no surprises. He was extremely reasonable, and if I ever have a problem I have his card taped on top of my system.he was very professional, easy to talk to, and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs work done on a water softening system. Awesome job!

Great work
