We were very pleased with the outcome of our project. We worked with Solon who was generous with his time and professional . Others that we had contact with in the showroom were helpful and pleasant to deal with, as well. Thus, we highly recommend Royal Windows and Doors for quality, craftsmanship to beautify one's home.

Install went great. We love our new door. The installers took the time to do it right. They removed the original door without making a big mess or just "banging it out" it was removed smartly to not damage anything that was supposed to remain. They then assessed what they had to work with and built up where needed to make the install of the new door as secure as possible. The new door went in smoothly and looks fantastic. Al throughout the install they would answer any question I had or my children had. They also took care to make sure the alarm wires and doorbell cam were protected from harm during the install and that they worked as expected when done. Although they were pricier than the average I am convinced our new door will outlast us in this home. I would recommend them and will use them again.

We are completely delighted. Everything went perfectly. Danny, our sales representative, was great at explaining options, and was always available for questions. The expert installers, Andreas and Dmitri, were fun to work with, responsive to our requests, and even installed our new doorbell. I look forward to working with this excellent company again for new windows.

From start to finish the process was excellent. Company owner George was amicable, helpful and very easy going. There was no hard sell. The installers, Andreas and his son, were professional, informative and also very friendly. When it was discovered that additional work was needed, George's price was exceptionally reasonable, only the cost of labor and materials. I was extremely pleased with all facets of this experience, including the superior quality of the product , price and service providers

Sales rep Danny and expert Team of installers were tentative to all our needs with step by step followups. Quality product and quality work. They work to achieve customer satisfaction.

These guys are fanatic. We were having a renovation done. Our contractor discovered we were getting water in by our old French doors. Due to the unplanned replacement, we needed a door on very short notice. We didn't want an out of the box from a home improvement store, so we saw Royal Windows and doors. Danny was able to accommodate the timing which wasn't easy (the doors are built to order) and expedited installation. Within two weeks, our new 12 ft. Sliding door was installed. The door is great quality and it looks absolutely stunning. Royal really came through for us. 10/10 will use them for any doors we need in the future.

They were fantastic.  Excellent job.  Clean, respectful.  Answered my many questions with a smile.  Did everything they said they'd do.  Great place to work with!!!  Solon (sales/Mgr) was GREAT.  Chris (Construction/mgr) was Great, and his assistant(s) were great!! <br>

He did not install the windows that were agreed upon. They make the room look like a funeral parlor from the outside. All you could see form the sidelights is black. He also held on to my antique door knocker and told me that "they" forgot about me. I have told him that I did not like the windows and he said nothing about it. He also said they would be like pinstripes, and they are not. They are black as coal. From the inside, there is an unbelievable glare and whenever cars pass, there is a terrible halo that shines through. When my husband got on a ladder to install curtains, he noticed there is a spot where the molding is different from the other side and it is split with a nail in it holding it together at the top. When I told him I was upset about all of this, he said absolutely nothing.

The entire experience was a delight from start to finish. Danny came to our home, took measurements, and promised to give us three different options -- high, medium, and budget on prices. We wound up taking the "medium" option -- still not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for -- and could not be more satisfied either with the end product or with the experience of working with the team. We will definitely use Royal again in the future and recommend it without reservation.

The team showed up on time and worked for many hours removing the old door and correcting any existing field conditions to receive the new door and side lites.  They also reconnected the door's alarm and cleaned up all signs of demolition and construction.  It looks great. <br />

We only have high praises on their workmanship as well as their knowledge and assistance in selecting the right doors for our need <br />

A + Experience, Workmanship and Professionalism <br /> When my wife and I finally decided to replace all the windows in our home (32 total windows) we started a process that took over 6 months and added a lot of anxiety into our lives. We saw a few different window replacement companies but settled on Royal Windows and Doors because of our initial meetings with Danny and George and after seeing their showroom. But we still had high anxiety as the date to replace the windows approached. But the crew, lead by Chris, was fantastic and from day one they made my wife and I feel very comfortable with how they took out, then replaced each window. By the second day we were having lunch with the crew discussing the intricacies of our job as well as other window stories. The crew had great attention to detail, cleaned up as they went and replaced our old and inefficient windows with new and energy efficient windows that we already see and feel the difference! My only regret is that we don?t have any more windows to replace! (But the front door is getting replaced later this year so we know where we?ll go?). <br />

They replaced Front Entry, rear entry and every door in our house we have had work done by Home Depot. Quality of product was poor and had to get new doors we are so happy with Royal. Honestly they should be the only one to use everything done well above our expectations.
