Shawn and the team at Roy's Builders are great. Adam came and met with me and discussed the project. We were keeping the same footprint but but were replacing all the flooring in the living areas of the home and redoing the kitchen. We are very happy with our beautiful kitchen and the new flooring throughout. The white shaker cabinets with soft closing drawers and cabinets are awesome and great quality along with the quartz counter tops. I loved his recommendations for the different storage and pantry combinations that I would not have thought of. Shawn's lighting and suggestions were also very helpful and added perfect elements that we would not have thought of. Shawn kept me in the loop during the entire project. If i had any questions he responded back to me very quickly. I would recommend Roy's Builders.

Roy and his team did a fantastic job in their 5 week project redoing our master and guest bathrooms, and hallway cabinet set. I wanted modern marble finishes and custom looks, and he was able to do everything I asked. He was very professional and met with us frequently to go through plans and cost breakdowns. He was always promptly responsive and if I wanted to add new ideas, he was able to incorporate them. He was also friendly and personable. I know he and his team worked really hard to put everything together for us and we really appreciated his time and effort!

I recently used Roys Builders for a kitchen remodel in my condo. I redid the counters, updated the cabinets, did new floors, and painted the whole place. Dated appliances, electrical, cabinetry, flooring, etc. Desperately in need of a facelift. Their communication was clear, they let me know what they needed from me and what I should expect from them, which made the whole process much smoother. Their price was more than fair for the quality of work that was done. I could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest contractor.

We hired Roys Builders to do a complete demo and remodel on our downstairs. It ended up also including an upstairs bathroom and hallway. Everyone involved was kind and they listened to our requests. We needed extensive electrical work & the electrician was there every day until the job was done. The team did excellent work on the extensive amount of tile work we needed (floors, backsplash, shower & mosaic tile in several areas) and the painters did a great job. David was lovely to work with. He had great color ideas and solutions & he really helped us stay focused on choosing materials. We just want to say thank you to David and Roys Builders. Our home turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined (especially since we added on a lot of projects along the way). Everyone was lovely to work with.

Thank goodness that my wife found Roy's Builders. We knew for over a decade that our 11x17' builder's grade kitchen, which was original to our 1970 home, was in dire need of a complete remodel. For our remodel, we needed someone that could look at our family needs and flow a solution into our space. When we first met Roy we could tell that he and his staff took a much more professional top down approach to orchestrating a complete kitchen replacement. Our remodel began with a design consultation to figure what we needed. Then a measurement and walk through of our existing space. Then we received valuable assistance from Roy with layout and material selection. He looked at our house, asked us about our design feelings and then helped us produce a kitchen design that would physically, functionally and stylistically fit with the rest of our home. The next step is execution. Here is where Roy's team worked flawlessly to make our 3 month long remodel finish 2 weeks ahead of schedule and on budget [appliance and plumbing suppliers, tile and stone suppliers, and countertop fabricators]. We replaced and re-size 2 windows, and perform quite a bit of electrical and tile work to make our dream kitchen come true. The end result is a simply fabulous. Our friends and neighbors could not believe the transformation.

I wish I could give Roy's Builders more than 5 stars. He is absolutely phenomenal to work with. Roy put our large kitchen together in 5 days, and every single day I could not be more impressed with the progress and quality of work. Before the work even began, our project manager Shawn was extremely communicative and quick to respond via email and text. We were moving around plumbing in our kitchen and I was hesitant to make certain decisions without consulting with Roy if it would impact his work--he was easy to get ahold of and reassured that he can work around what we needed to do and even provided some alternate suggestions as a backup plan just in case plumbing ended up sticking out farther from the wall than we anticipated. Luckily plumbing was just fine and Shawn was able to work with it without batting an eye. When Roy arrived the first day, he immediately found some slight measurement errors the prior contractors designs and quickly made adjustments to make it work. We also asked for a few recommendations during the process and he was quick to provide suggestions that we ended up implementing. Not only was Roy's Builders work incredible and the cabinets turned out beautiful, but he was also able to create our small custom shelf with some panels and it turned out better than we had mocked up in the design rendering!! I seriously can't stop looking at it. Incredible. Looking forward to sharing photos of his work once countertops and backsplash are in!

We had an excellent experience working with Adam and Roy on the remodel of our two bathrooms. I keep bringing him back to do more because I am always extremely happy with the excellent work he always does. Adam installed our backslash and it looks fantastic!!! Both bathrooms were original 1950 construction, and they transformed them into beautiful modern bathrooms, that are not only more functional than the originals, but are absolutely gorgeous and customized to our taste. He laid a beautiful matte white subway tile throughout our kitchen with a white grout and put a custom porcelanosa behind our stove. Prior to our kitchen we installed a gorgeous glass tile behind a mirror in our bathroom, put a beautiful natural white stone behind our wet-bar, installed a white tile on our patio that needed to be cut custom and angled properly around a new drain to allow for proper drainage and he did some finishing baseboard work in our bathrooms. All of the work Adam did could not possibly look better. Roy is an absolute perfectionist and thinks through every single detail before he continues to work. They also helped us restore several items in our kitchen and I'm thrilled with the final result. One of the things that sets Roy's Builders designers apart the rest is that they really LISTEN. They give great design ideas based on the feedback you give them regarding your personal needs and style. Functionality truly meets design at Roy's Builders.

David and his guys did a great job renovating our master bathroom in our 1979 condo. The shower had the original tiles so it looked pretty outdated when Adam came by to give his estimate. Adam was very professional, friendly, and generous with his time. He gave suggestions and inputs design-wise, also different options if we wanted to reduce costs on certain things on our wishlist. We met with several other contractors, but we decided to go with Roys Builders because of their professionalism, and Adam always responded to our emails promptly. David was knowledgeable and he was great in helping me organized what materials I needed to buy, where to get deals, etc. Master Bathroom: They demolished the old shower and installed new shower pan, new tiles on the shower walls and floor, new shower fixtures, added shampoo niche, installed shower glass, new toilet, and new exhaust fan/heater/ light combo. They also created wood window frame to make the old aluminum sliding window looks so much nicer! They also applied wallpaper on the accent wall, and painted the rest of the walls. Guest Bathroom: They did some repairs and updated/ installed several things: new vanity, new medicine cabinet, new faucet and shower fixtures, and replaced water-damaged baseboards, painted the new baseboards, painted the wall, and also added the wood frame around the sliding aluminum window. Actually, they did many other little things/ finishing touches to make our bathrooms turned out great! All of his guys were nice and polite. We highly recommended this company

David is absolutely amazing. He came into a bad situation and saved my house! I had been ripped off by a horrible tile installer and I was concerned my dream home was never going to look the way I wanted. Roys Builders ripped out all the bad work and started the whole job from scratch. David's attention to detail was amazing to watch and I appreciated his work ethic between my kitchen and two bathrooms remodels. The team installed a wide range of expert level tile. One bathroom was a full Mosaic floor and wall to wall and ceiling and the custom tile hood over my stove is truly something right out of a magazine. Roy was so easy to work with and made great suggestions whenever an element of design was unclear. Only when one room was perfect would he move on to the next one. I would also like to mention that the team was very clean. Thank you David for your great help! Will be back again.. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for amazing material & outstanding service!

Roy's Builders managed 3 projects at my home. The first initial project was a full kitchen renovation. The result provided me with a fully open concept kitchen and dining room. The second project was a recommendation from the company to upgrade and replace an accent brick wall in my living room. The new stack stone wall provides a more beautiful cohesive look to my home. It was very important the work be completed on time and I am pleased to say, it was delivered with a few days to spare. Overall, I am very satisfied with the final results. My home feels clean and updated and a joy to share with my friends and family.

Roy’s Builders helped turn my vision for my bathroom remodel into a reality. The quality of the shower tile, flooring and custom mirror/shower glass exceeded my expectations. The installation of the work is really well done and looks exactly as I had envisioned and communicated. The communication was excellent! My family and I are overall really happy with the quality that Roy delivered for the services with the bathroom remodel, all new hardwood flooring and painting in our home.

I just wanted to give thanks to the whole team at RB. From the start when we called to schedule an estimate the Office Manager was very responsive we had our estimate scheduled with Roy (the owner) the next day. Roy was very friendly and honest. From the start Roy handled my concerns tremendously, was very easy to work with especially with choosing the countless options and styles for materials we had to pick for our home. Roy always lead us to the right direction and did a perfect job. Very satisfied with Roy’s Builders! We love our new bathroom! 5 stars!!!

I'd highly recommend Roy and his company, Roy’s Builders. Immediately Roy stood out above the rest, he was polite, smart, and listened to my needs. His bid came in right where it needed to be, so I knew he was not gouging me, but would also not cut corners. Surprisingly, what I thought would be a stressful undertaking was actually really fun and I think that had everything to do with Roy! If you need help with design, he’s always around to assist. Everything turned out gorgeous and I would definitely use Roy again

Our house was basically a complete rebuild from a 1941 bungalow. We expanded the existing footprint by more than double and also added a detached garage. Ben was the absolute best! We bought the house in February 2019 but were not able to complete the drawings/permit process until a whopping 7 months later-- by which time a substantial amount of our resources were used up by paying rent + mortgage+ storage. The contractor we had planned to use could not fit us into his schedule so we were in a bind-- I found Ben and contacted him immediately. He was very quick to respond and had an appointment to come out and see our house. We broke ground 09/2019 and moved in at the end of September! Everyone he has on his team was courteous, responsible, and just very good at what they do. the craftsmanship that went into our house was much better than many of the new construction track homes we have seen. Throughout the process, Ben was very patient and also had good suggestions as to what we should do with various things. I only wish we found him sooner--since his business also does the architectural drawings-- we probably could have gotten into our house several months earlier. His price was very fair, and timeline trumps everything. We are exceptionally grateful and look forward to working with him again in the future for any other construction needs.

Working with Roy’s Builders has been truly exceptional. We spent two years planning a vision for the work we wanted done to our house. Therefore is was obviously a very big deal for us to pick a team that would be dedicated to making that picture in our head come to life. Luckily our neighbors did a full renovation with Roys Builders a year prior and absolutely loved them. When we first met with Ben we were very apprehensive. But his calm demeanor, ability to listen to everything we wanted, and his attention to detail is what sold us. His team is thoughtful, hardworking, and super talented! Renovations can be stressful, but for us it has been an easy process. Any issues were fixed immediately. I felt that throughout the process their goal was for us to be happy. Communication was very important to us, and everyone with Roy’s was constantly checking in that everything was exactly right. I am beyond grateful for all their hard work. Our home is an absolute dream come true. I can guarantee if you choose Roy’s Builders they will exceed all your expectations.

It went SO well! I get nervous when it comes to any type of renovation - especially the kitchen - and I felt so taken care of and heard, even though I repeated myself a lot and had a lot of doubts at first, haha! They’re very patient people, and very talented - I would have them do my kitchen again if they hadn’t just done such an amazing job already!
