He responded very quickly the day I called and came out same day. He was very professional and honest. He was probably more expensive than I would have wanted to pay, but you cant shop around when water is leaking from the second story. <br />

I needed the kitchen sink unclogged and a toilet inspected for leaks. I picked this company for the good reviews here and proximity to my place. Rajon was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He did a good job unclogging the kitchen drain. He looked at our toilet issue and explained that it had to come off and what it may cost to repair whether the flange needed replacing or not. We decided to replace the old toilet with a new one that is more water efficient, since the old toilet was going to come out anyway and Costco had one available for $80. It was a bit disappointing that the new toilet needed a new "angle stop" that cost an additional $75. But it had to be done. It was a relief that the flange was okay. Overall, he did a great job. It cost $95 for unclogging the kitchen, $150 for installing the new toilet, $10 for new bolts and washers, and $75 for the angle stop. He gave us a 10% discount for being Angie's List members, which was great! It wasn't cheap. But it was worth it. <br />

He came back today and fixed the pipes. It had 2 leaks in the piping and he had to trace down both leaks. One was in the wall and the other was in my front bedroom wall. He was a very nice, easy going guy. He came out the same day and got the work done quickly. I even had him do some extra things for me that brought the total up to $2,000.

They responded to my inquiry right away.  We set an appointment for same day service and they were on time.  They were consciencious about keeping things clean.  They performed the requested services, showed me the results of the repairs and prepared the invoice.  Very professional and the work was completed very quickly. <br />

RPB Delta Plumbing & Rooter finished the job in one day and cleaned up after his work. He asked us to run to Home Depot to buy an additional part for him, which saved us some money over him driving there himself to get it but was odd nonetheless. At the very end he had us fill out an evaluation form while he stood right in front of us watching. This was awkward and strange, but in the end, the sink was installed successfully and works well.
