They are very good at what they do, the excellent work, they are very timely and they are very cost feasible especially in these days.

He started on time. They worked fast and kept at the job until it was finished. It was very high quality work. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves.

The repair went very well.  Mr. Perez was very polite and professional.  He also cleaned up after he completed the job.  I appreciated that Mr. Perez was honest with me about his concern in matching the existing texture at the edges of the pattern.  He really cares about his final product.  I think he did a wonderful job and his work showed his dedication to the perfect result.  I will used him again. <br />

There were a few communication issues in the beginning, but once work was started I was very pleased.  Rigo was very professional and did the work quickly.  The amount of work the guys did exceeded my expectations.  Every minor defect on the walls was patched and now look brand new.  Very happy with how everything came out... especially in the kitchen.  Rigo even came back and made some adjustments to a few things before wrapping up the job.  Overall a great experience. <br />

He still has some work to complete and he was supposed to come work on 7/6/13, he never showed up. He has not been answering his phone or returning voicemails. I wasn't able to get in touch with him the week before this happened as well. I have already paid him for this job that is not completed.

Rigo and his crew finished sheetrocking a room that I had started but had since gotten to busy at work to finish.  <br /> Rigo had very reasonable prices and assured me that his crew would finish the job in two days (one of them being on a weekend). This was important to me since I work nonstop. Rigo's crew was very clean and cleaned up well after themselves. Vaccuming thoroughly with their own shop vac. <br />

Excellent job, very pleased with all aspects of the work. Rigoberto returned my call requesting an estimate to do the work within a couple of hours and showed up right on schedule to provide a bid. He began the work when promised and completed the job a day before my expectation. The quality of the work is very good and he was able to match the existing texture very well. He and his crew are conscientious about cleaning up at the end of the day, though drywall work is messy. I would certainly use him again without hesitation. <br />

I called RP on a Tuesday, and spoke with Rigberto, (the owner) to explain my needs. He told me that he could come and give me an estimate the following day at 2 pm, and arrived exactly when he said he would. As we walked my home and he examined the damage, he was extremely professional, likeable, and courteous, and pointed out several areas that he believed would enhance the value of the repair, but also which would not increase my original quote. I found this  refreshing, because many times in my experience in dealing with service providers, they will try to sell you things that you don't need or want, but increases their bottom line. Rigo was the exact opposite. In addition to this, I was extremely impressed at how much he seemed to know about his area of expertise.  He gave a me a quote to start the project, and told me that he and his men would be at my home the next day for 8 am. He arrived the next day at 8am and got to work  He works quickly and methodically, and so does his staff. At one point during the repair, he called my attention to some sheet rock that had been affected by mold. While I knew that this particular area had mold in it, I had been told it had only affected about 1 foot, whereas Rigo showed me that actually about 5 feet had been affected. He replaced the larger area for no additional charge, and he also bought some insulation to fill the area, because he said it was supposed to be that way. The next day, he returned to my home with another one of his staff members, Armando. Armando was extremely personable, and worked every bit as diligently as Rigo. Both men were a pleasure to deal with! All in all, it took about a week to complete the work, as I became ill for 3 of those days and was unable to accommodate them being at the house. Rigo was very considerate and kind, and allowed me the time to heal before coming back to the house to finish the repair, When they finished all of the repairs, I COULD NOT BELIEVE how FANTASTIC everything looked! Everything looked wonderful, and it was very evident that they took NO SHORTCUTS, in completing my repairs. Little, tiny details were not overlooked, and I could not be HAPPIER! EVERYTHING LOOKS BRAND NEW! My friends were astonished at how great it all looks, and I happily and enthusiastically recommend RP SHEETROCK AND REPAIR for any and all sheetrock repair you would need! HIRE THESE GUYS! YOU'LL BE THRILLED YOU DID!!! <br />

Rigo was one of two contractors that returned my call out of the several I had contacted.  The estimate given to me on a Wednesday was fair for the work I needed done.  Rigo and his crew arrived as promised the following Friday and had the sheet rock up with tape and mud in no time at all. The following Saturday AM they came by to sand and texturize the walls and were done in about an hour.  The new drywall looks great and the texture blends well with the rest of the wall. I'd use his services again and recommend them to anyone needing drywall repair. I opted to paint the walls myself and he even advised me of how to properly prepare the new drywall surface with primer before painting. <br />

The finished job looked great and the workers were courteous and cleaned up the work area when they were done. I am a happy customer.
