In preparation for selling my house, I hired RRC to perform exterior painting on trim and other parts of the house where the sun had faded the existing paint. They also replaced some trim that had rotted. In order to keep the costs at a reasonable level, Raul was very pragmatic about what needed to be done in order to get the house ready to sell. The crew was professional and did excellent work. Would strongly recommend.

RRC did a great job from start to finish. They were neat and careful covering all cabinets and trim that were not being painted. The painting is beautiful with clear, sharp edges and corners. They arrived on time, cleaned up each day and were generally nice and accommodating. Raul was great to work with from estimate to scheduling. Will be using them again.

Raul and his crew got started right away and when he said he would. At the last minute, we had flooring contractors come in a pull all the carpets and Raul worked around them. We found Raul and his crew were very professional and we're thinking about calling him for future paint jobs. We were very satisfied.

Raul Rocete and his workers did an excellent job. He gave us a bid on Thursday, pressure-washed on Saturday, and masked and painted Monday-Thursday. He was easy to communicate with and left the place neat and tidy. He is bonded and insured. He brought to our attention some boards and a roof tile that needed replacing. He offered to replace them, and we agreed to pay him extra to do so. He did an excellent job, was easy to deal with, and the price was reasonable.
