We actually had a change that we made after the initial visit. They put in the original quoted items and not the ones we changed to. VERY good customer service to come out and make the changes to the correct items in a timely manner. Phil was awesome.

What a VERY PROFESSIONAL Group! Royce and his team installed a 6' wood privacy fence around my property. They strive to provide the best possible service and solution to your fencing needs. My gate was not latching 30 days after install, and Royce personally returned to fix it and to make sure I was satisfied with the completed project! We can't say enough good about this company. From the first step they have been great. They gave us an estimate which we agreed on and they scheduled the work around our schedule. They tore out the old fence and cleaned up everything. Set new posts and returned in two days to finish the job. The fence is beautiful! Everyone loves it! They knew we needed it to contain small dogs so they were very attuned to our needs and made sure it was a safe and secure area for our dogs. They were polite and professional through the whole job even going above and beyond by filling in some ruts in the yard with the extra dirt.  This was a very pleasant experience and if we highly recommend them to anyone. We would hire them again! <br />

Installation went well.  Punctual throughout process (measurement, options, installation, etc).  Installed on heavily wooded lot which added complexity, but Royce and his team did great. Royce was on site throughout the process and was the lead installer.  Very prompt and complete in his communication.  Set expectations throughout the process well. <br />

They removed our old 6 ft privacy fence and set new posts and put up 6ft cedar fencing. Excellent job. No mess and beautiful quick results <br />

The installation went really well. We went with R and R because of the professionalism, the promptness, and ability to start sooner than the other big name fence companies. Royce's quote came in just a little less than others as well. Not a LOT less, but less. There was about a week delay in getting started, due to a week of rain during the original scheduled date. However, Royce stayed in touch with me throughout the week, and came as soon as he could, once the rain stopped. <br /> Once they were able to get started, they arrived on time on a Friday. They removed about 270' of existing split rail fence with posts that were set in concrete, and set new posts. This was completed in about 6 hours, or so. Royce said that they would let the concrete for the posts set up and come back on Sunday to finish the job. When Sunday came, they arrived promptly and began. They constructed a custom double gate on one side and a single on the other. The doors are EXTREMELY well made. They are put together well and built to last. The entire cedar plank, 6' privacy fence was done by 6pm. The fence looks amazing, and the service was great. I would recommend R and R to anyone. <br />

THESE GUYS ARE HANDS-DOWN THE ONES TO GO WITH!!! I called the number listed on Angie's list, a bit apprehensive because hey are a smaller company. I am seriously SO thankful I contacted them, among 3 other companies. Royce Jr. handled everything from start to finish and was extremley professional. Within 24 hours of calling, WE HAD AN ESTIMATE!!! And at HALF the price of other companies AND it was right on, there was no more additional charges on top of the quoted price!!! Other local companies where scheduling an estimate almost a MONTH out, basically when R and R was ready to build. Within a week of our approval, they had already started building. Royce arrived EVERY time ON time, the job was completed when they said it would be (even with our heavy May rain this year). In addition, I have a mastiff breed, and all the guys took special care to introduce themselves so that she would be comfortable with their interactions. What large company would you know that would take the time to do that? Hands down, they beat the competitors in effiecentcy, cost, accuracy, and punctuality. All of our neighbors are now asking for their information! Not only does the fence look better than surrounding yards, but we paid half of what they did! I can't express in a review how impressed I am, this company EXCEEDED our expectations and I LOVE that we kept our money local. Did I mention how awesome our fence looks? So glad I took the time to research this project, I would recommend R and R Fencing and More to anyone interested in quality and great service. I wish every company was as reliable as this one! We called several places and met with a few people before deciding on Rand R. They removed our old chain link fence, including the cement, and installed a 6' cedar privacy fence. They had to dig into the concrete by our garage for the gate posts, but they filled it in nicely and you can hardly tell anything was done. They also cleaned up afterword. <br /> I had printed out a couple of designs I liked and Royce was able to get me what I wanted. He gave us quotes on four different styles so we were able to choose which best fit our wants and budget. Royce also checked up after to make sure everything was the way we wanted it, and did a quick fix on something we had forgot to mention beforehand. We would definitely use this company again and we highly recommend him! <br />

I contacted Royce (Rand R Fencing) after reading the great reviews on Angie's List. He came out to my house that weekend to provide an estimate. The price I got was very reasonable compared to the big name fence companies in Fort Wayne (was only underbid by 1 company). He also had a much quicker lead time (2 weeks vs 5-6 weeks). <br /> After deciding to go with Rand R and negotiating the price, they took care of having the utilities marked and came out later the next week to set the posts, and the following week to finish the fence. The finished fence looks beautiful and is very high quality and is exactly what we wanted. The gates are very well built and solid, and each board is screwed instead of nailed. Small details that add up. <br /> Everyone at Rand R was great to work with and very personable and Royce was there the entire time to supervise/help. I only gave them a B rating because two of my neighbors complained to me after the fact that there was some dirt thrown when setting the posts that hit his house. A drop in the bucket really and I very satisfied with Rand R and will recommend them to anyone. <br />

It went well. There were some issues in the beginning that needed to be corrected and they did so without any issues at all and since then we have had some of the boards have worked which is not the responsibility of the fence company that is because of how it was pressured, treated and stored, you know there is no way to tell them to put it up, but they have come back and looked and they are going to replace the boards, so they are standing behind their work and that is a good thing. We would use them again and we have recommended them also. <br /> <br />

Rand R Fence underbid the larger fence companies in Fort Wayne. They were punctual, efficient, and professional craftsmen. I am completely satisfied with my fence - it is the nicest fence in my neighborhood and worth every penny. <br />
