They did not make appointment. They just showed up while I was not home and washed parts of my house. My neighbor told me they washed my house. I called the owner (Rene) to complain and spoke to him live 3 times to come back and complete the job. He promised but never followed through. I left 3 voice mails and one time he hung up on me. If you want unprofessional, incomplete work with false promises and lousy communications, this is your company!

On a scale of 10 I would give them an 8, the reason being so is because once he was there he did a good job, but there was a spot that he did not get. Surprisingly he left when he thought he was done, without checking with me, like if everything was okay or if there is anything that I would need. I would think that is what going the extra mile to provide customer service was all about. He did not do that. He did a very good job with the cleaning, but just driving out and not checking with me, I did not think that was correct. We spoke about this and he said he was going to come back to address the additional area that he left off. I didn't get a call. I'm assuming that something beyond his control had taken place because he still has not called me back. Despite what happened, I'm still going to give him an 8 over 10. I don't have an issue with that. I just have an issue with how he left without checking with me. He did not come back, like I said maybe it was beyond his control. The job that he did, I was pleased with it. I must emphasize that. I don't want to be a total pessimist.The price for 2000 square feet was good. There were two spots in my garage where he sprayed chemicals over. In spite that he didn't do all that he was supposed to do he had a good attitude. For me it's all about customer service. I would think twice if I couldn't find somebody else I would use them again, but list the conditions that must be met, and i they have questions I would use them. If I have somebody else that would not leave and check with me, I'd probably go with them.

The driveway and paths around the house looked great after the work. From what I can see, the gutters have been cleaned well. For the windows, there's really no substitute for Windex and elbow grease, but at least they were all washed. The company owner was very polite, responsive and responsible, and came back a third time to work more on the windows. The work took about 40 man-hours over 2.5 days and on day 1, the guys worked until after dark. My main issue was that I was blindsided on the price. I knew I'd have to pay more for a house larger than 4000 sq. ft., but considering I'd already paid $499, the request for the additional $850 was a surprise. My fault for not being clear about the pricing up-front, and as they offered to do extras e.g., the fence, the bill was adding up.

From the first day that i contacted Rene for my home remodeling, i knew that he was the right guy for the job. Our home was flooded during the storms last year and we were pretty distraught up until we found Rene. He made sure we were on the same page during the whole process. Generally, the whole process went fantastic, and easy. I have always recommended Rene and intend to keep doing so. Everyone who needs some remodeling done should contact Rene. 10/10 service from this guy, he really knows what he is doing.

Fantastic job! The side of the house was in a difficult place to reach and he still got up there and did it. The drive way looks like fresh cement, he got some very old unwanted oil stains out. Really some great work! I would recommend to anyone needing this service!
