"I believe this review is unfair. Our service is a two step process. We come out clean, sand and inspect the deck for any minor repairs that need to be made. We then come out at a later date to do repairs and stain the deck. We had already done the first step, we called on 9/6/21 to see if it was ok to come on 9/7/21 to do the repairs and staining. We were told that day did not work so we said we would be in touch to give another date. We unfortunately had no one in the office on 9/9/21 or 9/10/21 to receive or return the customers phone calls that came in those two days. That we will accept as our fault. We called on the morning of 9/13/21 to say we would be out on 9/15/21. Customer returned phone call on the afternoon on 9/13/21 to say since they had not heard from us they hired someone else to do the work. We apologized and customer said "if we lost out deposit then so be it" We replied with absolutely not, that is not how we do business and said we would process a refund and they would be receiving a check refunding their deposit."
