R & R Irrigation installed sprinkler system for my lawn, flower beds, garden beds and planters. Robert the salesman explained everything to me about the sprinkler system, the back flow valves that Tennessee requires and the yearly expense after the sprinkler system is installed. Explained how they would install eveything. There company digs the trenches in the front and usually uses trencher for back but mine the whole place was dug by shovels and the grass place back in the trenches. They did an excellent job. Went beyond my expectations. After everything is completed then he instruct me on how to use my system and with the app that is provided. The company and workers are very customer oriented. I would highly recommend them if you want a great installation and job done. My yard, flowers, planters and garden looks the best I have ever had. Thank you R & R Irrigation and Robert

Robert came out and identified and got to work on the problems immediately. Leaks, bad valves faulty emitters. Th took care of it all within a couple of hours and charged a very fair price.

R & R Irrigation did a super job repairing my irrigation system. He did so at a very reasonable price and also did it quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with the owner of the company who does all of the work himself. Because of my satisfaction with the company, I made arrangements to also use them in the winter when I shut down the irrigation system and in the spring when it is started up again.

I highly recommend this company. Very professional staff. Spent a lot of time giving me instructions in how to program. system. Very clean, very organized. After installation covered all areas where pipes were laid with grass.

I used to spend hours watering the lawn (moving the sprinklers to different locations; removing and replacing them for mowing) and will sometimes forget to turn off the sprinklers. I was also watering the sidewalk to save time. I would recommend R&R. What makes Robert and his team stand out is the way they installed the system and their customer service. They replaced the trenched soil with the original grass which mitigated unsightly lines of dirt where the pipes were laid. They added another zone as needed even if it was not in the quote. As far as customer service, Robert responds to texts the same day and will come out to adjust if needed.

This has been a very positive experience. Robert has been very responsive, communicative, and a pleasure to interact with. He was on time and announced his arrival. He showed expertise performing the work. He winterized our sprinkler system at a very reasonable price. I will continue to use him for all my irrigation projects and can recommend him without any restrictions.

RNR irrigation is a wonderful company . if you’re looking for someone that’s on time.. someone that does the job right .then you must go with this company. I am so happy. His crew was on-site for the install within a week of the estimate and did an amazing job. We moved into our new house during the winter and we didn't know what our sprinkler sytem entailed. Robert came out for over an hour and performed a detailed assessment of our system and gave us a quote and when he could start. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.
