It went really well as promised. A job well done!!!

We couldn’t be happier with the sprinkler system that R&R Northwest put in our yard. They did a complete sprinkler system plus drip lines in both the front yard and backyard. Our yard was very difficult to dig the lines (a lot of rocks and roots), but they got the job done. They also fixed a paver walkway that we had as well as added river rock around our patio. They made sure every plant in our yard had water going to it. They were so easy to work with. Any questions or concerns we had, they were able to answer and take care of. R&R Northwest went above and beyond to make sure everything was what we wanted. They gave us an estimate quickly and were able to start the job just a couple days later. We will definitely be using them again (actually we already are- they will putting full sod in our backyard!) We were very impressed with their work and professionalism. We would highly recommend them.

My neighbors hired this family owned landscaping business last summer and I noticed a great job they've completed for them. I've asked my neighbors for their contact info and Norma was able to schedule a quick project date for our backyard. She, her husband Miguel and her son Kevin did a great job of transforming our backyard. They redid our sprinkler system, dug out our dead lawn and replaced it the way we wanted it, added beautiful pavers, and fixed our gate. They did a great job communicating with us to make sure what we wanted done which made my wife and I really happy. They wanted to make our yard visions to come true. I am really satisfied with the work they have done. I definitely would recommend them if anyone wants to make transform their yard or anything else to look stunning. Thank you very much to Miguel, Norma and Kevin for turning our ugly backyard to a beautiful one.

I have worked with several landscaping companies over the years and this one is BY FAR the best. The very best, hands down. They are thorough, conscientious, and dependable. We had a sprinkler pipe break in the evening and had to turn our water off. They came out at 7:00 the next morning and fixed it right up. We have hired them for other jobs in the past and they never disappoint. In fact, their business card is the only card I keep for landscaping needs. A great company. I'm very thankful that I found them.

They always show up when promised, and always assure that the job was done as desired before they leave. We've hired them several times and will likely do it again! We recommend them to neighbors as well.

One station of my irrigation system wasn’t watering. Miguel and his son Kevin diagnosed the problem and took care of it by replacing the solenoid. Both were very nice and patient when I was trying to describe the issue. A great experience, and it saved my landscape.

They did a perfect job and the repairs they made you can’t see plus they tested every system and made sure they were all working and set all the systems to run every day at the same time, there needs to be more honest people like them.

My yard went from trash to treasure after Northwest Landscape came in and cleared out all the overgrown areas. They did a post winter clean up, took out garbage that had piled up over last summer and made my yard feel much more spacious and welcoming. Norma was very communicative. I am looking forward to them coming back and troubleshooting my irrigation set up.

I’ve had a difficult time finding a good landscaping company. R & R Northwest Landscape is a true gem. They came out quickly to estimate the job (fall/winter cleanup and Barkdust application). The price was totally fair. The work was beautifully completed a few days later. They contacted me just before the scheduled work. Which I appreciated as I have had landscapers in the past who do not show up for a job and I never hear from again. Their list of services is endless and I will definitely be using them again and again. I’ve lived in Ridgefield for ten years. Of all the landscaping companies I have dealt with, this one is hands down THE BEST!!!

I was very pleased w/Norma & Miguel. Good follow up, pleasant yet professional- hard workers as they came on a Sunday early morning . I was a little intimidated @ first w/the thought of a new sprinkler system altho they made it easy to understand. I love the flexibility of being able to program it w/my phone. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them as they know what they’re doing & I felt very comfortable w/them on my property. Give them a try-You won’t regret it.

I called R&R NW on a Friday to get an estimate on repairing my drip system. Miguel answered me by text that day and asked if I would like him to come out the next day to look over the job. We set a time for 8:30 am and Miguel and his wife Norma promptly showed up at the scheduled time. I installed this drip system myself and had struggled to get water pressure up to my elevated deck for years! I asked them to install a new system just for the deck. Miguel said that was not necessary. He will fix the existing system. Miguel asked if it was OK to come out the following day ( Sunday ) to do the work. I couldn't believe how much service I was getting. Miguel and Norma replaced the pressure reducer that was leaking. They then found a leak in the 1/2" supply line that was buried. Still no water to the deck plants. Miguel thought for a moment and then got to work. He added a T to the 1/2" supply line after the pressure reducer and ran a separate 1/2" line right to the deck. The drippers immediately started working like a charm! They fixed my engineering mistakes with a smile. I am so happy with their work, service and price. R&R Northwest will be back to fix my lawn sprinklers next! Thank You Miguel and Norma! We love your business!

Hardworking and friendly, landscapers worked through some pretty terrible weather and still pushed through to get work done quickly. I was very impressed that they not only do a great job they even fixed my dog gate and did the lawn. Wonderful customer service! I will definitely hire again. Great family, great work and I’m really happy with the BEAUTIFUL job they did!!!
