I liked to share and few comments on my initial meeting with the sales Rep Josh Lee. I found him to be very professional agent and concerned about every aspect from pricing, kindness and job knowledge. I With that said, At the end of the job I will add final comments, Final thoughts are the contractor was very professional and completed the job within 18 hours. I highly recommend them to any future persons looking for a roofer. In closing, the office personnel (Amy) and others were very professional and courteous. I especially thought Josh the Sales rep was the best of them all. Kudos!

I might have given 3 stars based on just the sales/quote appointment if the company and its representatives were not so aggressive about closing a sale that they called me at least 7 times after I canceled our follow up appointment! Scheduled for a RROC rep to come out and give a quote, per the scheduler, that appointment was supposed to take 30 minutes to an hour but was closer to 2 hours due to 3D rendering software delays. I did not need a 3D rendering of my house to see what my house looks like, so I would have preferred to skip that lengthy process. It felt like gimmicky new tech that didn’t add anything to my exterior shopping experience. I would have preferred if the sales team had brought samples of the materials they work with. They brought one sample book of on material and one brochure. I wanted to hear more about the materials, how they price their work, who will be doing the work, and see samples of their work in my area, but they said they are new to this region and they do not have an in-house crew. There was quite a bit of small talk and questions about my values that I was getting impatient with. I’m not too interested in chit-chat and personal talk when I’m shopping, so I am a bit biased here. Some people may appreciate this. The quote/sales appointment was overall fine. Standard salesman tactics, nothing too high pressure. I just wish we had spent less time on the 3D rendering and more time learning about the materials and the contractors. Ultimately, we knew RROC Exteriors was not for us. We were shopping for a different product and looking for a company with in-house labor and something within our budget. At that point, I would have given 3 stars for my experience. However… I called the main company phone number to cancel our follow up appointment because we signed with another exterior company. The receptionist said she would call our local company to tell them that we canceled. After that, I had 7 missed calls from RROC and their salesmen within 24 hours. After I canceled, the salesman left me a voicemail that said they were still looking forward to the appointment. I called them again and left a voicemail clearly stating we canceled and sincerely thanking them for their time. I thought that would be the end of it… they called again and left me another voicemail that did not convey that they knew and accepted that our appointment was canceled. Again, this company and their representatives have called me at least 7 times since I canceled the follow up appointment! I believe it’s 8 because one of the numbers is the same area code, so maybe it’s spam… Even so! 7 calls within 24 hours feels like I am being harassed! One star! Please stop chasing sales this aggressively and never contact me again!

Had our roof and our yard fencing replaced by RROC Exteriors this summer. They did a very professional and thorough job. They were very courteous to our needs and kept a very clean worksite. We recommend this company.

Stay away from this company. The sales guy will over promise, while the installer under delivers. Fascia board and flashing were incorrectly installed on my front porch, causing rain to drip between the back of the gutter and fascia. Then I was told, it's the best they could do. They also installed new gutters over rotted wood, after I asked both, the sales member, and the installer to replace the rotted section. I'll be correcting these issues on my own since the company refuses to stand behind their work.

They were very professional and completed the project in less than 1.5 days. I was able to take advantage of their flexible schedule discount as well since my roofing project was smaller for a detached garage.

RROC is a good company which you can work with. Its project manager, Ley De Almeida, did a great job for us! He has a professional knowledge of roofing and siding, etc. He always answers our questions and takes care of our issues. He keeps his words and help us a lot! We will definitely refer your team to our friends. Thank you for your excellent work and customer services!

Make sure you request an on site worker speaks fluent English. Communication was difficult

RROC is easy to work with, owner Matt Krom did a great job explaining the the GAF product. They worked with me on job start date. The crew was here as advertised. The job required a complete tear off to the rafters. The crew worked hard and did a great job of cleaning up every day. We are very happy with our new roof and would recommend this company.

I am a real estate broker and I do not recommend any other roofing company other than these guys.

RROC removed the old siding at our house, made necessary repairs, and then installed new cement board siding on the whole house. The workmanship is great and they were easy to work with. We had a glitch with a window installation, and Matt, the owner took care of it very efficiently.

I had my roof replaced this fall and was very pleased. David G. was my salesperson and he did a great job of explaining the warranty, quality and helped me feel confident in choosing RROC. The install crew was here on time and did an exceptional job. I'm 5 star happy with RROC! Thank you !

The salesmanâ s, his name is Alex, was excellent with the presentation and was personable. He explained everything so we understood what we were buying. I will definitely tell all my friends about RROC and recommend they use them for all their roofing needs.

From the sales people to the crew who did the install, everyone was amazing to work with. They were quick to resolve any concerns and their customer service was very friendly and responsive. We compared prices with other companies, and they were really competitively priced. I loved being able to support my local community by working with them.

Like all homeowners I did my 3 quote diligence to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. Interestingly enough, RROC was the only company that showed initiative to win my business. The other companies bids were equal in cost but for less quality/warranty or they just never showed up to do the bid. RROC Exteriors -specifically the owner Matt impressed me in so many ways! His approach to customer service is exactly what we all should want in a contractor- direct, caring and compassionate (no sugar coating fluff or hidden things in bids), top notch quality products offered, extensive explanation about the products and a follow-up that shows that he cares about the homeowner and the credibility of his company! When the crew came out to do the roof, they were punctual, respectful and very hard working! Even the office staff was respectful and helpful with changes to our start date (due to tsunami warnings here at the beach where I live). I absolutely would recommend that you give RROC Exteriors a chance to show you what it really looks like to take care of clients!

Matt was awesome. His crew were very professional. We interviewed a lot of roofing companies and many of them were telling us what we needed or didn't need. Matt showed us what we needed and gave us the options. RROC Exteriors gave us the piece of mind that our new roof will be problem free for a long time. It was also apparent that Matt cared more about our needs than the larger companies who were caring more about their metrics. I recommend Matt and his team 110%. You will be glad you trusted RROC exteriors like we are!
