The cleaning ladies showed up an hour late. <br /> I had to call a couple of times to find out where they were. <br /> The service was right before July 4th so understandable about traffic, but one has to plan because one hour is a long time to wait. <br /> There was some confusion over the price as well. <br /> However, the ladies did a great job and were very professional. <br /> I would use this service again, but have the discussion first about timeliness. <br />

Roseangela responded immediately to call. She was very professional and accommodating to our requests and budget of the condo association. Her team is very meticulous and clean everything from the chandeliers, floors, windows, mirrors, and they also clear the front garden of any litter. Her team comes every two weeks for a very reasonable price. The cost listed above was for the first visit. <br />

Rosa was very responsive-returned phone calls, initiated phone call to change the time.  Very reliable and trustworthy.  They did an excellent job cleaning the rental unit and it was in really tough shape before their arrival. It took 3 hours for 2 people to clean the unit and it now it is ready to rent condition.   I would definitely use Rosa again. <br />

Roseangela and team communicated well with us and did a great job cleaning our place, for  a great price.  We've hired her twice already and will hire her again. <br />

Overall, it was an excellent cleaning - both times. They are coming again.

Roseanglea and team were fabulous - they cleaned my condo in South Boston every other week for several years.  Would still be using them but we moved out of the city.

I found them through Angie’s List. They have done a relatively good job for us. The good thing is that they show up on time and they do what we ask them to do. The only negative thing I would say is that they are not as careful with things as they could be, so some small things are nipped up or broken. I would consider using them in the future.

I called, that same day they came to the house to provide an estimate and within a week I had a scheduled appt.  They came when they said they would, cleaned the house thoroughly (we have a dog with a LOT of dog hair) and dust had certainly accumulated in the house.  It was the best service experience I have ever had from start to finish!

I have used RS Cleaning for twice monthly cleaning for several years - everything is done to a high standard and I am happy with the results.

I didn?t have a very pleasant experience with them. I spent about $100 for the last service. They were basically supposed to clean my one room condo that I had just purchased. It was completely with no furniture whatsoever. I wasn?t too happy. I think the tub wasn?t cleaned at all. They were ready to leave. There were places that I had to tell them to go clean. That?s why I am probably not going to use them again. I was available that day to see what they were doing. So, I quite can?t rely on them if they are going to be that way. Whatever they cleaned, they cleaned well. It is just that they forget few things. I would definitely try somebody else before using them. They were the first ones I used. So, I don?t have much to compare them to.

They did a wonderful job. They came when they said they would. They did exactly what they said would be done. The price was reasonable.

Had difficulty scheduling a specific time for the cleaning - assistant would wait for 90 minutes for someone to show up on a few occasions. But we were pretty happy with the end result. And recommended them to other tenants in the building.

In general, I love Rosa's cleaning service. She's extremely cordial, very thorough and their service is a *great* value for the price ($85, and I generally include a $15 tip). We will definitely continue having them clean our place on a regular basis. That said, I have two minor nitpicks: The first is about scheduling. Rosa's service works best, I think, for clients who give her a copy of their housekey and don't plan to be at home while the cleaners are working. I have two easily-freaked-out cats, though, so I feel like I need to be there while Rosa and her crew are working. For the first several months, we were the second house on the schedule for the day, and this led to some scheduling difficulties -- some days they'd arrive at 10am, others they wouldn't arrive until 2pm (and often would not call ahead when they were going to be late). Rosa was very understanding and responsive when I talked to her about the difficulties this caused, though, and now we are the first house on the schedule, which works much more smoothly. My other minor gripe has to do with breakage. We have a lot of fragile things in precarious locations, so I'm never surprised if something gets accidentally bumped/dropped/broken. I do wish that, when things get broken, they would be more forthcoming about it, though. On several occasions, I've heard a crash, but nothing was mentioned, then I'll find a bowl or salt-shaker in pieces. I don't mind that something is broken, I'd just rather know what it is, rather than having to go hunt for it. In the grand scheme, though, these are *very* minor gripes compared to the high quality of service that Rosa and her employees provide. I've been extremely happy with their service, and will definitely continue to use them every two weeks.

I have been fairly happy with them. They were thorough. They were friendly and I plan on having them come back.

I spoke to Roseangela and told her that I needed someone to come as late as possible on Wednesday the 29th. She told me that they would do 5pm. At 5pm on the dot 3 women showed up with all their own cleaning supplies. They spread out and went to work. They did a great job and were finished in under 2 hours.

I used RS Cleaning a second time because my first experience with them had been good. My experience this time around was alright but not as good as the first. The biggest 'bump in the road' was that, although we had had an appointment for Friday---and I had taken the day off for this purpose---nobody showed up the whole day. Fortunately, Rosangela was easy to get in touch with---hence I gave an A for 'Responsiveness'---and so we were in contact over the issue on Friday and agreed to have the cleaning done the following day, on Saturday. The cleaning itself went well. It was close to, but not quite as good as it had been the previous occasion, but I was satisfied and had no significant complaints regarding the actual work. The 1-day delay was an inconvenience because I had deliberately taken the time off. I had the impression that the delay was caused by general overbooking and maybe also by previous clients requesting extra work of the ladies which hadn't been arranged or agreed-upon beforehand. It seems that these issues can be avoided if, for instance, RS Cleaning asks clients to arrange for extra cleaning a couple of days in advance and, as importantly, makes sure not to book too many jobs for their cleaners, leaving some time in between jobs in case of unexpectedly time-consuming work. In short, I can continue to recommend RS Cleaning, but there is room for improvement.

I was looking for a replacement to existing cleaners. After reading Angie's List, I emailed Rosangela on a Sunday and received an email back hours later. She came to my home to provide an estimate and discuss her company's service a couple days later. She recommended cleaning products and materials and her team of two arrived the following Thursday. They did an excellent job and were very thorough - using a step-ladder to dust/clean tops of doors/moldings, mirrors/pictures, etc. They have been cleaning for us now every other Thursday for about 6 months. Subsequent cleanings have been consistently good, with attention to instructions for specific items. Our condo association is also now using them for cleaning of the common areas and they are kindly providing invoices for our records.

Overall, I have been pleased with the cleaning and with the responsiveness of the primary cleaner to my directions for cleaning certain things. I feel that the cleaners' knowledge of the house is growing and with it their effectiveness at keeping it clean.

Overall, the experience with RS Cleaning was excellent. There was a little trouble in the beginning with trying to schedule an initial appointment but that was mainly due to the fact that it was Thanksgiving week. The 2-person team works very efficiently and thoroughly, going through your home with a detailed eye. Each visit lasted more than 2 hours and all the dirty rags and cleaning products are put away before they leave. I have been home each time they came but would be upstairs when they were working downstairs or vice versa. It would be best to try to be out of their way as they clean since the products tend to leave a pervasive smell in the rooms as they clean but it cannot be helped. Although my initial reason for hiring RS Cleaning was because I am pregnant, I will continue to use their services in the future. The price is reasonable for peace of mind from having a clean home!

The ladies showed up a tiny bit early, got the tour and went at it with a vengeance. Three hours and a ton of cat hair later, we had a spotless house. Thanks, ladies!
