I had an excellent experience with this company when it came time to replace my old water boiler with a new one. Ariel arrived on time with his team, and from the moment they arrived, they were professional, organized, and ready to get the job done. They took the time to complete the installation properly and made sure everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Ariel was especially impressive throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He clearly understood the work that needed to be done and made sure the installation was completed correctly. What I appreciated most was that he did not rush through the job. Before leaving, Ariel took the time to thoroughly test the new boiler and check the system to make sure everything was operating as it should. Knowing that everything was tested and working properly before the team left gave me great peace of mind. Another thing that really stood out was how clean and organized everything

Very professional very patient you could ask any questions and he will gladly answer you. You could tell he has a lot of experience Repairing or installing boilers. He also knows how to work on split units. He makes sure he does it right.

Ariel and crew were very prompt and detailed with what they were going to do with the boiler project. We had a really outdated unit that never could heat up the entire house (we have a basement, 2 floors, and an attic). Ariel was very familiar with the unit we had and what we needed in order to get heat throughout the entire house. He recommended getting a new boiler, and then replacing a valve and a pipe so that the heat would have enough pressure to circulate throughout the entire house. Im happy to report that we have heat throughout, with the exception of a few problem radiators that would need an additional part to be installed so that air can be expelled from them. We are still in the monitoring phase, but I'm satisfied with the results thus far. I will report back to this review with an update in the upcoming weeks.

It was a great experience, Ariel was exceptional. Pricing is very competitive and response time was flawless. Recommended Ariel to my neighbor, and he will be installing a new boiler for them!

Excellent Service! Would recommend!

One of my worst experience!! These people sold me an Ice machine in 2020. As soon as the machine needed to be serviced, they never answered. This brand ( Valpro ) seems to be Chinese and no one seems to be able to get the parts. Now I find myself with a machine barely 3 years old that needs to be dumped. Btw it was purchased new. Stay away from this brand and these people.
