I have been using them for quite a while. They did a good job. They did everything exceptionally well. This was a difficult job and they figured it out, got it done, did it in a timely manner, ran into some problems and fixed the problems, and made me happy.

He is great. He is all about taking initiative. He does not want to replace anything unless it is necessary, but he will repair everything.I am very, very please with him.

I had a leak on my bathtub that was going out into the common area and garage. I called this contractor to come and fix it for me. For some reason he ended up replacing the handheld shower which I'm not sure why since its not associated with the leak on my tub but he still did it. On the bill it specified that the handheld shower and a faucet was replaced but I didn't notice a faucet replaced since they still look the same. I ended up paying $280 for this service but in November I told the contractor that the issue is still occurring and that the condo association has been bothering me about it. The association gave me an ultimatum to either have this issue fixed by December 15 or they'll hire their own contractor and it would cost me an arm and a leg. I called the contractor and was told that he wouldn't make it out until the 24th because he mother had just been released from the hospital. I ended up using the contractor that the association provided just to have a peace of mind with the leak since it is now fixed. Now I have been trying to get a chunk of my money back from this contractor now since the issue was never really fixed. I called Angie's List on January 4 about this issue and was advised for me to try to call the contractor first to resolve the issue. When calling the contractor the same day explaining the situation he was having an attitude with me and hung up while I was talking.

He is the best plumber I ever had.

Their price was fair. Their people were capable of doing their job and they solved the problem the first time they came. They were also prompt and polite.

Saved me time, was reasonable in price. Was neat. He took everything with him, very professional. Add (A) to his list.

I question whether he has insurance. When I asked him about it he said he did, but the day he did the work, he could only show a 1-day insurance policy for that day. It made me a little nervous in case there were issues with the work in the days that followed. None occured. <br /> Aside from that, he did a great job and performed the work requested. <br />

Each job was done professionally. The tub faucet was over 25 years old and he knew where to go to get the replacement parts to get it fixed. He really knows what he's doing. The water heater he picked out for us is top of the line. We are very grateful for the fine service we got.

Steve is a great plumber to get the job done. Prices are better than anyone I have had quotes from(I dont even go anywhere else now).

Steve is the best plumber. He returns calls promptly, he arrives when promised or calls if delayed and his competitively-priced work is expertly and efficiently completed. I have used this plumber for years during large remodeling projects and smaller plumbing jobs like this last one. The toilet that needed to be replaced was only three years old and used primarily by guests. I was proud of myself for getting such a good (cheap) price on it until Steve told me while he was installing it (in his charming accent) "you gonna have problems with this one". He was right and three years later he replaced that overflowing, persnickety nighmare of a toilet with a new Kohler. I no longer wonder and worry what the toilet will do when a guest asks to use that rest room. Steve replaced the burned out instant hot water heater and kitchen faucet while working in very tight quarters and granite counter tops. No mess. No fuss. Thanks Steve for being a plumber I can rely on.

I overfilled my garbage disposer!! My sink had 2 inches of water as a result of my trying a plunger to clear it. I called RS Plumbing at 4:45 in the afternoon and Steve came the next morning at 8:00. <br /> <br /> He had me clear the area around the basement pipes in case the clog was more major than I hoped. He was able to clear the drain only in the kitchen area. He worked efficiently and had the drain running freely. I asked him to check the dishwasher hosing in case that was part of the blockage. I have had problems with that before. <br /> <br /> RS Plumbing was prompt, competent, and overall good to work with.

No complaints. Repair was quick and reasonably priced. Quality work. Would use again.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. The gentleman who visited, Steve, was courteous and efficient. He looked at the pipe, told us how much it would cost and went to work. My workbench is right below the plug. He made a special effort to cover the bench before opening anything. He also used a mop I had sitting there and cleaned the floor dry before leaving. <br /> Good work.

They were punctual, professional and he let me know as he went what exactly he was doing. The worker was great. I have used them before, too.

Steve was very nice and did an excellent job with our back-up sump pump. He seemed very knowledgable about the different options out there and answered all of my questions that I had. He also returned all of my phone calls promptly and arrived on time.

Arrived when he said he would, completed the job to complete satisfaction.

Great - on first visit fixed the dishwasher vent for the price and within time quoted. Also gave us a quote for a replacing the kitchen faucet. When we had him come back for that it was also right on the quote. Highly recommend!

He did a really good job. He just kind of started as I was asking him to see what was wrong and give me an estimate. He just started kind of digging around and going "well this and this and this" so he really kind of jumped in right away to solve the problem. I had him come back the next day and he also did a couple of other little things for me. I would give him an A, the only thing I would give him a worse rating for is when I asked him to give me a quote on replacing my bath tub in a different bathroom, I never heard from him again. Maybe he just forgot about it or he didn't want to do it or something but I never heard from him back again. The work he did do for me was good, prompt and he was very conscientious about details. His price was fair and comparable. I would use him in future.

He did a nice job, the finished product works and looks good. We would use him again. Price seemed reasonable although, admittedly, I did not get any other quotes. He gave a 10% discount as we were first time customers. He was late for the scheduled appointment time, however, he called beforehand indicating he was running late.

I received estimates from two other plumbers and Stevan's was the lowest, less than 50% of one, and about 75% of the other; he knocked off another $20 when he was done because I mentioned Angies List. Stevan was about 30 minutes late of the agreed 8 am arrival time; since my time was flexible it didn't bother me much. He finished the job in two hours. Stevan is cheerfull, knowledgable and friendly and I enjoyed working with him.

Steve returned my call quickly and set up an appointment. He diagnosed the probable cause and provided an estimate of $350 plus tax to include labor and materials. The price paid is net of the Angie's list 10% first time customer dispatch. Steve was originally scheduled to perform the work one day but due to difficulties on a separate job had to delay by one day. He quickly notified by phone of the delay and showed up and performed the work the following day. My schedule was fairly flexible so the delay did not cause any difficulties. Will gladly use R S Plumbing for any additional needs.

We had really good results. I would give a glowing referral for them. I called and explained the situation and he and I arranged a time for him to come out and eyeball the situation. He worked several hours and it was pretty major work. He cleaned up when he was finished and explained everything to me. He noticed that my drain was clogged and he took it upon himself to clean it. When I told him what my plumbing problems were, he actually looked at my water softener. I had another plumbing service out that said I needed a whole new water softener and he said that he didn't think I had it programmed correctly. He reprogrammed it and it was absolutely fine. The other company had sent out their water softener specialist and said I needed to replace it. We had a willow tree that snapped a power line and didn't know that it needed to be reprogrammed. He was reliable and did good work. I will probably hire him again for more work. He also went over to another house that my husband and I own and fixed a toilet there very quickly. When he is done with the work, he makes sure that it is really repaired. I felt like I was in good hands and he does quality work.
