Glass Shower Door or Enclosure Installation

I am incredibly disappointed with the service from RSW Chattanooga. What started as a straightforward shower door installation ended in complete project abandonment. The door they initially installed was entirely too small. After being promised several times that a correct door would be ordered, it became clear we were just being given the runaround. This was a very expensive project, yet the work was left incomplete, looking terrible and completely unprofessional. Despite multiple attempts to reach the owner, Joey Tubbs, to resolve the issue, he has become entirely unresponsive. Taking a significant amount of money, leaving a client with an unfinished, sloppy result, and cutting off all communication is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone looking for reliable, quality contractor services to look elsewhere. I have lots of pictures you can see in their company website reviews. This system will not allow me to upload the photos.
