"Hello, This was for a water heater installation. The stackable washer and dryer was detached and reset. The tenant called saying the water was not draining from the washing machine. A licensed appliance technician went out and verified that the part defective is internal and we did not damage the unit. The washing machine is over 10 years and the part was defective due to normal wear and tear. My conversation with the tenants said the home owner is cheap and does this every time something needs to be repaired. They stated he argues with every person that works on the home to get the lowest price. No matter what Ali was told he does not listen to the contractors and blames everyone to try and get things done for free. It is very unfortunate that we give a really good price, did not charge for any extras even though we should have, and he is still trying to get free things from us. He threatened that if we did not pay for it he would leave us a bad review and here we are. I know when your water heater breaks down and you have other things that are going out in the home it is stressful. We strive to help others in need and perform a good service and offer warranties."

"We are number one for slab leak detection in the area and we are in over 200 homes a month. I was handling your projects closely and talked to your adjuster personally. Because the other plumber stated false accusations which is normal so they can WIN the job you chose the work with them. We only did a line location and cap off to stop your leak and got your insurance to cover the claim. We never charged you anything else and we also didn’t do any estimates for 65k. You are upset and you don’t want to pay your bill. I have had long conversations with you, your adjuster and Faught personally to get your claim covered which is did. For you to spread your lies over Yelp when I went above and beyond to get your claim approved is very immature. I have proof and dates of all estimates and would be happy to share with Yelp to remove this unnecessary review. I don’t usually respond to reviews like this but you always have one of those customers in an every few thousand jobs so I don’t mind sharing a response like this. I hope you find piece in your project and wish you the best to make sure you get your plumbing fixed and your house back together for the holidays. Life is too short to do this to honest hard working companies."
