This was my second time hiring Roman Tree Services and once again I was extremely happy with the work, the scheduling, and the interaction. Many branches, big and small, were removed from the overgrown ailanthus next to the house and then everything was removed and taken away and the driveway and yard were left in the same condition as when they arrived. Good, efficient, and reliable work!

Hector and crew were very quick to respond and ended up coming out same day to take care of our damaged tree that was in danger of falling over onto a neighbor's property. They were willing to work in the rain and made a quick and easy job out of a precarious trunk in a tight space. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't damage anything in the process. Much appreciated job well done and very easy to communicate with/work with. Thanks!

I can not say enough good things bout Hector & Roman Tree Services! Our home inspector had noted when we purchased that the trees touching the house should be trimmed back. So I decided to try the Home Advisor route at first, they matched me with three companies that came out to quote the job. We decided to go with the company that came in best for our budget. This company said they could do the job at the price, because they had another smaller job in the area and they would do them both the same day and keep the cost down. After they had agreed to do the job they never arrived on the day and did not return my phone calls or text messages. The next day I decided to see what options I could find on Yelp. I called three companies and Hector was the only one that called me back (he did so within about an hour.) He was going to be in the area later that morning and stopped in to see what we needed. I told him what had happened and roughly what the other companies had quoted. He said that they probably underbid and that is why they didn't return my calls. I understood that maybe it was would cost more than I expected so we discussed what I would be comfortable spending and we settled on a great price to trim back the trees that worked for both of us. In the end I honestly can say he did above and beyond. He came back that same afternoon and got started on the work. He texted me when he left that he would be back the next afternoon to finish the work. Unfortunately there was a bad storm that night and he had an emergency with another customer but texted me to let me know this and that he would be back the next day. He and the guys came back that day to finish and left the property as spotless as when he arrived. In the end we got all the clearance distance and removal from the more expensive quotes, for a price that was comfortable to a recently new home owner. If you are looking for tree services, Hector and the Roman Tree crew are for you!

I got 3 quotes for the job to be done and Hector's was the most fair and his work exceeded my expectations. Low-hanging branches were taken off in the backyard and a tree on the side of the house was trimmed back to avoid lines to the house and the side of the house. He and his partners arrived on time, did an amazing amount of work in the time they were here, cleaned everything up and took it away. The trees and yard look better than ever and we have a chance to actually grow some grass in the backyard now that there's light coming in. Hector was always easy to contact and responsive, punctual, polite, and trustworthy. He was a pleasure to work with and I will use him again in the future - highly recommend!

Excellent! Hector communicated with me every step of the way. He and the crew arrived on time and began work immediately. At first I wanted to take down one large branch which was rotting. After taking it down Hector called me and said it was eating into the tree trunk and the tree may stand for another few years but would eventually need to come down. I decided to take it down and they came back later than evening and finished the job. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

So glad I found Hector for the branch trimming of a very, very tall tree in my back yard. He was one of the very few who responded quickly and made himself available promptly. Hector is courteous, efficient, responsible, reliable and really quick in getting the job done within a couple of days at a very fair price. The clean up is very well done as well. Would definitely use him again also for gutter cleaning and such. Grateful to have found Hector's great little company to work with.

Hector rose above the call of duty. After he and his crew cleaned up debris from a large fallen branch, he then removed threatening branches from a large tree next to our house. Gratefully, before impending rain, he went out of his way to quickly patch our roof that was punctured by the fallen branch. Hector is responsive, professional, and provided excellent tree service at a reasonable cost. He is just the sort of contractor you want working on your property.

Hector and his team are sensational. I called Hector to come and clear our driveway, walkway, and sidewalk, which were covered in heavy, dense, snow. He was kind, a clear communicator, and showed up ASAP with a crew of three and they had the work done in 35 minutes. Total professionals, honest and friendly--I highly recommend RT Trees and am planning on using them again for other handywork around the house!

When I called to inquire about snow removal Hector arrived within a couple of hours to give me an estimate. I asked to get a copy in writing and did not get one but when I called to check before the snow storm this past weekend he remembered the price and property and came early in the storm and did an excellent job.

Hector and crew went above and beyond to clean my clogged gutters in freezing weather. Communication was excellent and really appreciated the pictures texted that were constantly taken to update on progress. Highly recommended!

I love him. He work with his wife. Bedside manner was wonderful. He did the work while I was at work. He send me picture as he work. He was clean. He did a great job.

We had two dead trees that hung over our property from our neighbor's property. Every storm, we get tons of branches in our yard from the trees. We wanted the limbs hanging over our property cut. Hector was amazing. He was quick to respond to every message and question. He was flexible and worked with our schedule. When he arrived, he went through what he was going to do. After the branches were down the clean up went above and beyond. They cleaned up the branches they removed and they blew all our leaves into piles! We also got a quote to have a living tree trimmed. It is also an neighbors but it hangs over our driveway and roof. Again, in some of the storms we have had good size branches fall on our cars. We love the shade the tree provides, but want to be safe. Hector explained that some of the limbs were dead that he'd remove those. He explained he would give the tree a haircut in other areas where branches were crossing and causing friction which would result in branches becoming weak. He made it very clear he would not do anything to harm the tree so would not remove branches that were not a danger to us. I respected this. Trees are important! We will hire him again for this project.

Hector and his crew do a great job for a great price. His passion is truly trees. I have hired them on 3 occasions (twice for leaf cleanup & once for tree pruning and removal of invasive maple trees that were hanging over my koi pond) and plan on retaining their services at the end of the fall and in the spring as well. Very professional, gracious and responsive, Hector offers a range of services to fit any budget. He has always been very polite and respectful of my property. He even tarped my fish pond to prevent detritus from getting in there and used an animal friendly bar oil in his chainsaw to protect my koi! I didn’t even know that was an option!!! Anyhow, They go above and beyond for their customers... hire this crew!!

Hector was fantastic, very easy to schedule and reliable. We were able to leave payment under or front mat so he could clean our gutters during a work day without us being home to provide payment. I especially appreciated that he took before and after photos to see the progress and communicated throughout the process. His quote was more reasonable than others in the metro Boston area and he didn’t charge us for a water flushing because he determined we didn’t need it after starting the cleaning. I so appreciate not being overcharged for work that’s not necessary, for this reason and his pricing and reliability I recommend him to everyone I know. 5 out of 5!

The service provided by RT Trees (Hector and Elizabeth) was superb! I would highly recommend to my personal friends and family. They communicated clearly and built trust with me. I had contacted a few other tree services in MA and they were nothing compared to Hector and Elizabeth.
