Rubble Concrete

I hired Andy from Rubble Concrete through Angi for a backyard project that included building a pergola, a flowerbed, and an outdoor mini kitchen. Based on our initial discussions, I paid him $10,000 upfront. Later, he requested an additional $5,692, stating the money was needed to purchase kitchen appliances. In total, I have paid $15,692. Over the past six months, there has been a lot of back-and-forth communication, which I have documented. During this time, Andy only completed part of the flowerbed work, and even that remains unfinished. No work has been done on the pergola, and no kitchen work has started, nor have any appliances been shown or installed despite payment. Andy also stated that city approvals were completed, and I separately obtained HOA approval, yet there has still been no meaningful progress. We are now in winter, and the project has been significantly delayed with no clear completion date. I am very concerned about the lack of progress, the amount of money already paid, and the ongoing uncertainty. I have requested that Andy provide a concrete completion timeline and sign a written, legally binding contract to at least finish the flowerbed and outdoor kitchen for the amount already paid, but this has not been resolved. I am submitting this problem to Angi to formally document the issue, request assistance with resolution or recovery of funds, and help prevent similar experiences for other customers.

Work for repairing the concrete and do a overlay. Repaired the concrete but the overlay spray is not done properly. There are bubbles all over the place and asking them to come and finish the job, but never showed up.

Andy Easley with RUBBLE CONCRETE was very customer friendly, spot on time, and a hard worker who knows his craft doing concrete work. He gave a fare price from the start, not like a few other companies. I will be sharing and using him / team for another future project. This is my personal experience that I had on this project. It was a real pleasure working with someone who cares about their customers. We LOVE our new patio extension and would recommend Andy to everyone. I still can't believe they got it done so quickly.

Excellent service and work. Came out on the scheduled day and did a driveway approach and back porch extension all in half a day. Good price as well give them a call for sure. Will definitely use them in the future.

Minor delay and reschedule but completed on time and work was satisfactory and clean up after.
