Rug Ratz arrived and immediately got to work cleaning the carpets. It was done very well and in a timely matter. Price was very competitive. Provided me with receipt to submit to property manager. I would highly recommend Rug Ratz to anyone and will use them again when necessary.

The problem was all of the stains came back afterwards. I'm not going to use them again. They were okay with responsiveness. I had to call them back. He was there on time. They did what they were supposed to do.

"Unfortunately we can't save them all. I'd love to be able to. Some urine or even other spots can wick up from padding even from the best cleaning.Been so long ago though. 06/05/2014. I don't exactly remember the situation with the spots. I do know we offer a free return if any spots return as always. Just a phone call is all that's needed. We always strive to improve and stay on the cutting edge of the cleaning world. Thanks for your impute."

The carpets were old but still in decent shape. They had some stains and they really tackled those. They used a special machine to revive those areas that had been mashed down because of foot traffic. I'm still a year away from being able to replace them so I wanted them to look as good as possible. They did a marvelous job. Very courteous and professional. <br />

These folks were wonderful.  I had used Stanley Steemer in the past and will never use them again.  I consider them to be way to expensive and they do not do a good job.  Rug-Ratz is fantastic.  I will recommend them and I will use them again. <br />

This is actually the second time we have used Rug-Ratz to clean our carpets and tile.  We are always able to get ahold of them and they schedule quickly and are very professional and do a great job!  My tile looked brand new after they were done cleaning them and the carpet was great as well! <br /> I would recommend them to anyone I know. <br />

The team that came were friendly and professional.  The problem that was in the master bedroom was solved.  Customers that may have pets would be well served to use the Rug-Rats for their cleaning problems.  They are slightly higher in price, but satisfaction is guaranteed. <br />
