Rug Ideas & Los Angeles Rug Cleaning

<p>I just picked up my rug a few days ago and it looks like new! The repair work was done all by hand and came out so nice. The rug cleaning is even better than their repair work! They actually managed to get all of the stains out of my rugs! It has such a nice shine to it and it feels so soft again. I really could not be happier which is why I am writing this review. Dr. Kay and Kash did a great job. I am bringing another rug to them next week for them to take care of for me. </p> <br />

I found them online, and spoke with Kash who is a master rug cleaner. He was so kind and so professional in his job. He explained their 10-step rug cleaning process, and this was exactly what I was looking for. I dropped off my rug, and picked it up after I received their phone call. My rug looked and felt fresh again. I am very happy with this company.

I brought in two handmade silk rugs to get cleaned. These are very valuable and I wanted to make sure they are treated with a lot of care. One had a very bad pet odor from urine and the other was pretty dirty from just foot trafficking, I took both of these rugs into LA rug cleaning and I spoke with Kash. He told me the steps they will take to clean my rug.  <br /> After a few moments talking to him I signed the paper and paid right then and there. The company seems really confident in what they do, I even saw them washing a few rugs and that made me feel a lot better.  <br /> I got my rugs back in about 2 weeks and they look fabulous! They look basically brand new, almost better than when i first bought them. The pet odor is completely gone and that surprised since i took it to another cleaner before and they couldn't get the smell out.  <br /> I have also tried their stain guard that they recommended and it works really well especially if you have pets.  <br /> If you have questions ask them cause I had a bunch and wanted to make sure I'm getting my money worth and I really felt like I did and they are so professional that i feel comfortable coming back and recommending them to others.  <br /> <br />

First I looked up online and found Los Angeles Rug Cleaning. Then I called in and Kash explained their 10-step process that I liked. I dropped off my dirty, smelly 8x10 Shag rug. I picked it up after two weeks; it looked like a brand new rug and it felt fresh. They gave me some tips on how to vacuum and maintain it. I love Los Angeles rug Cleaning's professionalism. Kash also gave me a small book called " Carpet  Cleaning For Dummies" which is full of simple instructions on care and maintenance of carpets and rugs. I  could not be happier. I recommend this company highly. <br />

I had waited some time to have the rug cleaned, and with a dog, the rug was quit dirty. When I called to arrange to have the rug picked up, they were extremely accommodating and we're able to pick up the rug the following day. They were very professional, analyzed the extent of soil on the rug and quoted a fair price. They also offered to apply a soil retardant, which I agreed to given our dog. When they finished the job, they called to schedule the delivery, and again accommodated my schedule. They did a terrific job. The rug looks like new!

I had to help him remove the carpet , moving furniture and rolling it up- a sign that this was less than professional, but I ignored the voice in my head. The carpet was returned 2 weeks later, with minimal improvement. I told him I was disappointed and he blamed the quality of the rug. I asked if he could negotiate the price, he declined. I paid. I have attached a photo of one of the spots. If he had just told me it was not worth fixing, I would have listened.
