The job went great. Justin explained what he would do. There were some very bad stains on the carpet, especially on the staircase. The work was done in a very timely manner and those bad stains came out and the carpet, which is very old looks great. I would recommend Rugrats and would use again. Excellent job.

Second time I've used them to clean pet stains on my carpet. They cleaned about 3 rooms and a stairwell. Price was fair and the quality was everything you could ask for. Will be using again no doubt

This job could have been done better. But it was the machine he used Not satisfied at all. That was a lot of money. And I cane 24 hrs later Carpet was still damp. In places.

"We are sorry you aren't completly satisfied. and after seeing the pictures all We can see are the carpet lines from the light and dark side of the carpet which is normal when carpet is cleaned. And the wear pattern coming out of the one room which unfortantly We or anyone else can not correct do to the long age and condition of the carpet .We do have a 2 week satisfaction. warranty which is one of the longest in the industry and we did offer to come look at it and re clean free of charge if necessary but unfortantly you won't give us that opportunity."

They do an excellent job. I'm very happy. Actually, they come every year to do my carpet. They cleaned six rooms and a hallway. They do a really good job. It's just me and my husband, so we don't get out carpet too much dirty. The family room is the only one that gets really, really, you know people when we entertain. So, they do a good job, yes an excellent job! They do a really good job they're on time. They're great. You know what I like? They tell me exactly when they are going to be there and he was here. Their prices are excellent for the amount of work they have to do. I just wish they could help me move the furniture. There were a couple of spots that were left for some reason after the carpet dried. I called him up, and they were here within three or four days. They treated the area again. Actually, that area is still clean. Their responsiveness is excellent. They gave me a window that I'm going to be there between 9 and 10 and they were here five after nine. They're great, it's nothing I can say that I did not like of them. They were on time. They did a good job. Some of the areas needed to get retreated and the guy came back and did a great job.

Justin was excellent. He was on time. Explained what would be done and went to work immediately. He was very friendly and offered me a few good tips, as I have 2 dogs. The only issue was the Angie's Deal. He explained that Angie's Deal required reimbursement from Angie's list. The price listed by Angies list was 89.00 for sofa and loveseat. My cost was 129.00. I am not aware that I have received the reimbursement from Angie's list. I will be moving forward and using Rugrats for addl upholstery and rug cleaning.

In my opinion, this company is a SCAM. "Joe" at Rugrats was given two wool carpets to clean. The Karastan Kirman (4x6), a 100% woven wool carpet (see photo), was purchased new in 2008 and laid in an area of the living room that received ZERO foot traffic---No kids, No pets, No stains, No wear, home to 2 professional people that travel frequently. It was vacuumed regularly, but had never been professionally cleaned (photo of entire carpet BEFORE cleaning). The second carpet (5x8) was also 100% woven wool, albeit purchased in an antique store and had some minor fiber deterioration along one edge. This carpet had no visible stains, but did get a bit of foot traffic as it was positioned at the foot of the bed in the master bedroom (Photo of carpet BEFORE cleaning) We do not wear shoes in our home. The carpets were to be cleaned and returned. I was scheduled to be out of the country for the later part of May thru June, and consequently left the carpets "rolled" as they were delivered in late May, until our return. This is noted on the "Work Order Contract." When we returned home, we unrolled the Karastan carpet which appeared to be matted down and completely untouched (See close-up of Karastan carpet AFTER cleaning). In fact, it did not even appear to have been vacuumed. My husband served as a second set of eyes and came to the same conclusion: The carpet appears to have been untouched! I contacted Rugrats twice within a 2 day period before I got a return call. The woman that answered the phone said that a manager would call back. That NEVER happened. I did get a call from "Joe," the tech that came to my house to pick up the carpets. When I told him that the Karastan carpet did not look as though it had been touched, he began to point fingers. First, he said that he cleaned the carpets personally and that they were so dirty that they clogged his machine, twice! Funny thing that he had told me that EXACT same story when he picked up my carpets, only it was his previous client's carpets that gave him the trouble! Did he forget that he already told me that story?? Then he told me that I should have had the carpets cleaned once a year! In reality, Karastan's website recommends that wool carpets only be cleaned "when your Karastan rug appears dirty" (see [*** Link removed ***] Well, my rug did not appear "dirty" but as we were moving into a new house, I felt that a thorough cleaning would be a good idea. After attempting to shift the blame to me, he had the nerve to call me a liar about the age of the carpets! Really??? I abruptly ended the phone call when he became rude and disrespectful. He never offered to re-clean the carpets, extend a refund, or even politely apologize! This company charged FOUR TIMES the amount quoted by Tinney Carpet Cleaners, but I took the chance based on previous reviews that this company was MUCH better. That was a mistake. In my candid opinion, this company is a scam and I can not recommend them on any level.

"we apologise that you are not completely satisfied with the outcome of your rugs Rest assured we took every effort to get them in the best shape possible ..You had purchased the rugs USED 15 years ago and by your own Admission have never had them cleaned .We actually cleaned the rugs 3 times after having to beat the dust and debris out of them (which we almost never have to do) Unfortunately do to the condition, ware and lack of cleanings neither us or any other company can get them in the new condition your looking for. Joe had called to try and remedy the situation but you were confrontational and untruthful in the conversation which ended up leaving it unresolved."

The serviceman did an excellent job. I did not give the address that I wanted the work done (they used my address on the account). They were very accomodating in re-scheduling the work since I was on a tight time schedule. They worked quickly but did a very professional job. Their customer service was excellent! I would call them again.

Amber set up the appointment For us and worked with us as our date for closing on the home to have the cleaning in was the same week as Easter. She was flexible and helpful In that regard. Joe was the man who came to dothe dleankng and was so. Nice and Professional. He worked hard and didn't complain once, in fact he had lots of good information about carpet and upholstery care and was more than happy to share with us, which was very helpful. He was super nice to have in our home and we would defintely hire him again in the future.

Justin, a young man came to my home, looked at each piece to be done, which was an assortment of different fabrics, recorded details to be dealt with and set about spending a lot of time and energy staying with each piece of furniture till they were clean and beautiful once again. He pretreated each item before using the Hot Water Process with powerful motors.. My furniture and rugs look brand new! Whatever cleaners Justin used they it did not affect the brightness or clarity of color in my assorted furnishings. He worked diligently for 5 hours straight. I felt like Jason approached his work with the same care as if it was his home. I am delighted and thrilled to have clean bright furniture and a very white clean rug once again.
